I got this gear a few months ago and thought it was really nice stuff for the money. The gear looked great, was comfortable and seemed like a great value.
I finally pulled it out of the saddlebags today (rain was significant enough) and immediately melted two giant holes on the inside of the leg as I was getting settled in my seat. I also now have two giant black patches of melted nylon fused to my exhaust pipes that I need to clean!
I know this was an economical rain suit, but I bought these because they are advertised as motorcycle gear and I would have expected more heat tolerance than that.
I would suggest some kind of heat tolerant material should be installed on the inner leg to reduce this. I would like to get more use out of these.
Had a tough time with the sizing chart and took a shot and ordered the large.. I'm 6'1" 185 and it fits great . Appears to be decent quality, but I haven't put it to the water test just yet. Great value for the price
Last April me and some buddies got caught in an all day rain. We were on the Interstate running 65 and 70 and my full Frogg outfit kept me dry . my buddies were pouring water out of their boots at the end of the day. My boot heal got washed but not soaked. The rest of me was dry also. Froggs are pricy but "They are Good !"
