Great tire for my Kawasaki VN1500 Classic

The whitewalls look great and handling is amazing! Recently did a 1400 mile round trip from southern Ohio to New York and they didn't disappoint!! The tires cornered great and even come to a stop safely in the worst rain storm I've ever ridden in. And Motorcycle Superstore goes above and beyond, the guy who mounted my tires was very impressed with the way the tires were packaged for shipment.

Great Tire

This is my 3rd Bridgestone for my 05 Vulcan Classic 1600. The 1st one I rode over 14k miles before having to replace it. The 2nd tire had 16k miles before needing replaced. If my 3rd tire keeps with tradition I expect to get about 15k miles on it. Handles great in rain or dry. Very smooth ride with no road noise, and the white walls give my Vulcan the retro look.

Second rear Tire, got 19K miles out of them. Would definitely buy them again. I use a g705 on the front and it is just as good. They are on a 2006 venture midnight touring.

Bought an Extra for replacement this Winter

Have been running G702A for my Roadstar, bought the G702 to compare. 1st G702A hit 9602 miles, next is at 7849 with plenty of room for more. Runs longer than the Dunlops on my V-Star. If the G702 runs as well as the G702A, I will stick with it. Holds the road and runs fast.

OEM Tire Excedra G702 Whitewall

Just returned home from a 2,000 mile trip covering Sky Line Drive, Blue Ridge Parkway and Tail of the Dragon in Tenn. This tire performed great, we ran into many pop-up showers with not a single flaw!! Highly recommend!!

Bridgestone Excedra G702

I rated the tread life low but this is my first cruiser and don't know what to expect in tread life though I did find on several occasions the tire pressure was low and I ride 2-up nearly all the time maxing out the weight on the tire. I only got 6700 miles to the wear bars. I will pay more attention to tire pressures this time around. Tire came very fast and was wrapped very well.

Original Equipment

This is the original tire my Yamaha Roadstar was equipped with, mileage seems to be the only issue, seems to me these tires don't get that great mileage.

SUzuki C90T OEMs

This is my second set. Thought I wouldn't buy them again, but had to because of the tire sizes on my C90T. I managed to get 12.5K miles out of the first set, but they left me feeling not fully in control of the bike. This set is FABULOUS! I'm very happy with the performance and ride. Best tires for a C90T.

Classic look - smooth ride

Purchased these for my '06 vulcan 900 to give it more of a 50's look. ride is pillowy & smooth. my miledge increased slightly over my stock dunlops but that may be due to excessive wear on them. rode in extremely poor conditions (1 hour of extreme rain) & the bike never lost traction once. i corner hard enough to scrape the floorboards and never feel the slightest loss of traction. i would highly recommend these! i dont know tread life yet so i gave it a 3.

I had Metzler tires, they didn't wear any longer than the bridge stones. The handling is about the same. It all comes down to price. I think the Bridgestone's on this one, is a winner.

A good grip.

So far so good. We were able to take our motorcycle on a 1000 mile trip after buying the tire. No wear or tear is noticeable. It will be interesting to see how the tire holds up in another 1000 miles.
