Great suit for rain and mildly cold weather

I ride a Harley Softail in Florida. I have had the suit for almost a year now. I have used it more to stay warm during the cooler night rides than for rain. In a light rain the suit works great. I did spend about 45 minutes in a down pour. The neck area is designed to go around the color on a jacket. Because its typically to hot for a jacket here, this leaves the neck loose with about a 1" gap. In the down pour my front got pretty soaked. I now have a small towel in by saddle bag that I use to wrap around my neck to fill the gap. Works pretty well, but still get a bit wet down the front. This is my only complaint, the neck should be more adjustable. Fit was perfect for me at 6', 200lbs at a large. IT does have room for my leather riding jacket. I have had no water come in at the paints or crotch. Paint stirrups keep the pants down around my boots. I have had no problems with the zippers or seams so far. I would recommend this product.

Joe Rocket 2 piece rain gear

The jacket runs small for its size but the pants are ok.

Not worth the low price!

I used it even though it was tighter than I cared for. Seems to run small and I bought a 3x just in case. Durability and overall general use wore this down fast. I should have spent more for a better product. I do not recommend this.

Excellent so far

FIT- So out of the box I tried it all on ahead of time to make sure that it fit over my chaps and other leathers....it did! I am 5'10" 170 Ibs and muscular build and it fits like a well made glove! RAIN- It was like there wasnt any, you feel pretty much invincible in this suit. All in all its a great buy for the budget. Are there better suits out there- Yup. Are there better looking suits out there- Yup. Will they cost you an arm and a leg- Definitely!

just tried it on

I've had one good rain with the suit....not a drop got thru. This suit fits awesome, I am 5'10" 170 muscular build. I got the large and it fits just perfect over my leather chaps and jacket. If you're going to get the suit you should consider also the "motocentric-overtrek gloves" and "tour master deluxe boot rain covers". All fit perfectly with the suit and looks like they belong together! Best functional looking rain gear I've seen (for the price). You will be looking forward to looking mother nature in the face and saying...pshhh is that all you got!?

Good Suit for the Price

I have worn this 4 times now in short rain storms of an hour or less. It is pretty easy to get on and off and has kept me dry every time. I will say the leg zippers to make a boot opening are nice for putting them on but difficult to re-zip without getting material in the zipper. Also, I have a 40" waist and 50" chest and ordered the XXL and the jacket fits great but the pants are massive. Overall it works well and what you get is a good product for the price.

so far so good

I used it on a ride from Austin to our town of Alvin (Houston suburb) it rained the whole way. The water from the cars ahead of me was a lot, and the suit did its job. Not even my neck or ankles got wet. The velcro can be secured as tight as you want it to. The vent on the back worked. I am satisfied :)

Does the job

Good rain suit, easy to store and keeps me dry. Assembled well and ample pockets. Checked durability as had to but as yet unknown- only had a month. Lots of rain this week and it did well though.

Does not work very well

Used this on a 250 mile trip in the rain and it leaked from the moment I left the house. Water came in around the collar, down the entire front of the jacket at the zipper, and in the crotch of the pants. After an hour of riding I was completely soaked. I would not buy this product again.

I bought a size larger than I usually wear based on reviews and it is sitll not long enough in the arms or legs. I like the style but it is not made for someone tall and thin

Good if you just need it a couple times

Used it on some long distance trips, and i loved it the first time, but by the end of the second trip the inner lining just flaked away from the wind blowing the suit against me. It does fit very well and looks good, such a shame it doesnt hold up. Good if you want something emergency i suppose. I wont buy them again though.

Rain...what rain?

Buy your true size. I am 6', 145lbs and bought a large which is too big and should have gotten a medium but I kept the large and used it during a massive downpour and flooding. The suit kept me and the electronics in my pockets dry. Will highly recommend.

a+

I've had this for 3 years. I bet I've put it on 500 times. It keeps me dry in the rain, and I use it to keep me warm and keep the wind off me on cold days. The only problem I've ever had is the zipper tab broke, no biggie. It’s still in the same condition as when I bought it.
