Thumbs Up Road King Tire
This tire out performs the stock Dunlop’s hands down in cornering ,straight line and traction .This is the 2nd Metzeler for my bike , the first one had over 7500 miles . I would suggest this tire to all my buddies for pure comfort on the road.

Metzler ME880 Wide Whitewall - Rear Tire
This tire came factory fresh from Motorcycle Superstore very well packaged (completely wrapped and braced internally). It arrived on time in great condition.
I installed this tire on a 2003 Road King Classic replacing the original stock Dunlop. This is a far superior tire in all respects. The steering on the bike is now noticeably more neutral in turns. Traction is excellent and the bike is no longer yanked around by rain grooves or cracks in the road. Excellent stability! I highly recommend this tire.

Having 14000 on orig factory tires these metzlers were a great improvement in ride comfort and handling. Service from the motorcycle superstore was excellent as was the price. I was watching the build date as some on line providers take dealer returns--- my new tires were delivered about 6 mos after mfg date. A real positive addition to my bike.

While in Florida with its roads made of crushed shell I was introduced to metzeler's at an hd dealership. It was an immediate indication to me how superb this tire was to a dunlop and I have continued to run these on my roadking classic. Superior wear, traction, looks. You'll love these tires!

Great White Wall
I replaced the back tire on my '97 Shadow 1100 ACE 1 year ago w/ the stock Dunlop and it performed very well. Overall, this is a great cruiser tire b/c the white stays clean easier and it has longer wear resistance. I gave it 4 stars b/c something about the Dunlop looks more old school and classic (the Metz is a new model & looks more modern). Also I ride hard and there were a couple instances when I didn't feel sure of traction like the Dunlop.
