The best tires I have owned to date
I bought this tire on a trip to San Diego to replace my Dunlop´s, I ride my bike everyday in all kinds of weather in Mexico city, and I was really surprised when i came out of the installation shop. The handling is really an upgrade, they grab the road beautifully even on not so good Mexican curves, and they also look very nice with beautiful 2" white walls.

Nice For An Awesome Price
Recently had to buy tires for my 2007 V-Star 650 and picked this up for my front tire (still had tread on my old front tire but wanted white walls). Everywhere I looked, this tire was $35 more expensive. I love the performance of this tire, it really sticks to the road. My only complaint is that I wanted a slightly wider stripe.

metz vs bridge
The front tire I got spins pretty nice but required 3.5oz of weight to balance. Seems to ride out ok and the traction is most certainly better. The whitewall finish could be better. It may be that the white is all the way into the bead that I"m not diggin.

I have an 08 road king classic, the bike would track on every little groove, and imperfection in the road..with the stock Dunlops, have to tell you this has been the best money spent on my king, the ride is completely different for the better, stable smoother, and very responsive. My stock dunlops that came on the bike only had 4,000 miles on them and no way needed replaced but all my friends said if were to swap the tires out I would not be disappointed....oh how true...outstanding. another plus is that they look just a little wider!

Really like these tires
This is the second set of these tires I have purchased. I get about 18K miles on the fronts and about 12K on the rears. These tires grip the road very well in wet conditions and this is a plus in NE Ohio. Would I recommend these tires to others--YES! I have in the past and people who purchased these tires on my recommendation absolutely love them. Try a set-You will like them!

Metzeler - ME 880 Marathon Wide White Sidewall Front Tire
Good experience. The ordering and shipping was great no problems. BUT I ordered a rear tire and got a front tire instead, turns out metzeler only makes this size tire for the front only, but they say it will work fine for the rear tire. The tire is going on a 2001 Yamaha Roadstar 1600. When I bought this bike it already had a 150/80/16 metzeler ME 880 WW front on the rear. Other than that it’s a good tire though, good grip, low noise, you can really take turns without losing grip and sliding out. it’s a great tire for a good price.

Third set
This is my third set of Metzeler 880s, so obviously I have been happy with them. They ride well and stick to the road. This set is my first white-walls, however, and I really like the retro look they give my bike--a Midnight Star. My one complaint is that I am yet to get more than 10,000 miles out of the rear tire, even when I am gentle on them. But I guess that is no different than other brands.

Metzeler - ME 880 Front
Much better feeling tire than the stock Dunlop front. Excellent look and wide white wall for my 2007 Ultra Classic. I have run two Metzeler - ME 880s on the back and also feel they are a much better tire. My riding is about 40% around town and 60% on the highway. I am getting about 7k miles on the back tires so far before they are worn out. This is the best price - and I have searched everywhere, including local dealers here in Pittsburgh. Good luck.

Tire Imperfections
Once I had the tire installed on my Harley, by Tibbys Harley Davidson Dealer of Springfield, and brought it home I noticed 2 small bubbles in the White Wide Sidewall measuring 3/8 " in diameter. I called customer service to let them know and they told me that I had the option of returning the tire to them for a replacement. I didn't want to go through the time and expense of having Tibbys replacing my tire again. I suggest a little better Quality Control on your products.

Metzeler front tire
I have a Boulevard Touring bike, the Metzeler is a great tire with very good traction. I replaced both front and rear, only thing to keep in mind is you MUST have new tubes if you have spoke wheels.

Mounted my new set of Metzeler ME880s front and rear on my 2004 Harley Heritage Classic softail and it feels like a different bike. It seems that the old original tires were out of balance and worn. With only 9,000 miles the bike felt heavy and slow. The new tires offer a lot better handling, almost scary at first. Steering response is faster and high speed riding is smooth. I put 1,500 miles on them the first week I got them so I guess they're broken in.

Metzlerr 880 Wide Whitewall - Front
This tire came factory fresh from Motorcycle Superstore very well packaged (completely wrapped and braced internally). It arrived on time in great condition. I installed this tire on a 2003 Road King Classic replacing the original stock Dunlop. This is a far superior tire in all respects. The steering on the bike is now noticeably more neutral in turns. Traction is excellent and the bike is no longer yanked around by rain grooves or cracks in the road. Excellent stability! I highly recommend this tire.

ME 880 High Milage Cruiser Touring WWW Front Tire
I had this tire installed on my 1999 V-Star Classic. I noticed a difference immediately. This tire handles great, especially on corners. It takes the bumps very well and I have had many positive comments about how great it looks. I shopped around at various tire stores and online. The Motorcycle Superstore was the least expensive and shipping was cheap! I definitely would buy this tire again and I will buy them and other things as well from the Motorcycle Superstore.

ME 880 High Mileage Cruiser Touring WWW Front Tire
I installed this on my 2005 RoadStar 1700 and the ride is great! I've put 2500 mile on since installation, road noise is almost nil and the ride has been improved tremendously. The tire handles the weight of two plus luggage without a problem. They also look good with the whitewall. Impressive tire, my next set will be the same!
