Tire performs excellent in the rain, it allowed me to drag pegs all across the Tail of the Dragon with confidence, excellent tire.

M. Wood Goodrich,  TX Living in the 60's on my '07 Sportster. Since I've only had it on the bike for a month, seems to be a great tire. It brings out the chrome and color of the paint and people are surprised that it's a Sportster and not a Wide Glide or a Softail. The ride is smoother and it grips the "twisties" better with less lean. The Avon Venom is forever the only tire that I'll buy and Motorcycle Superstore is the only place that I'll buy them from. There were a very few online vendors that sold them a bit cheaper, but they didn't have them in stock. I'm beginning to learn that the really cheap prices at other vendors don't keep their inventory and that when they have enough orders; they then order what they sell.

Jay Elliott Orange City,  FL Avon AM42 wide white wall rear tire - great tire, great service I could not find a wide white wall tire in my size rim (15 inch) this was really my only choice. It was a great choice I love the classic wide white wall tire look, the tire handles great the price was perfect and I would recommend this tire again to anyone in the market for tires. Very pleased with this tire. I have noticed that since I put this tire on my bike that I am not affected by grooves in the asphalt or uneven pavement wanting to steer my bike or cause my bike to track or follow the grove in the road. I am not sure how or why, but this tire is much more stable than my last set of tires.
