this tire has proven it's self over and over. I get a ton and a half of mileage out of them, front and rear. And I'm not that easy on them either.
averaging 10 to 12k out of the back and more than that from the front. great Arizona tire even with riding in this convection oven we live in. but when it does rain, it handles that pretty well too. pushing 65k miles on bike now, and this is the the third set! today I'm buying two more just in case of road hazard.

D404 WWW on Royal Star Venture
I have run D404 WWW tire exclusivly since 2001 on my Venture. Some have said that my mileage would be a little better with some of the other tires, but the "look" would not be there. I am happy with the 12 to 15 k that I have consistantly gotten with them. Price is good for the quality.

D404 - Taking it to the streets
I ride a 1500CC cruiser and the last tire was like driving on perpetual bad roads full of grooves. This new 404 is like riding on a rail! I love the feel and handling of it! And I really like the WWW look as well!! Good stuff!

D404 Whitewall front tire
I've been using the Dunlop D404 whitewall tire on my Honda VTX 1300R and it has a very nice look. Wears out about every 7500 miles.
