My second one on this bike. Had great service from the first one and hope to get the same from this one. Good handling tire with pretty fair wet surface traction. I got about 35,000 K's out of the first one and can't see why I can't get the same from this one. If this one proves to be equal or better than the first, I'll be staying with this brand.

I have bought several of this type tire - Dunlop D402 - and have always had "Harley Davidson" in black letters inside the wite wall. Not this time. They were raised black letters in the black portion of the sidewall.

This tire offers classic looks and good handling characteristics. But expect only about 10K miles of wear from the rear application and 20K from the front. I feel the tire is a bit over priced considering the wear miles available. Also, the whitewall rubber could be a more dense and slicker material as it is difficult to keep clean in its present formulation.

This tire came stock on my Road King and has been my go-to replacement ever since. I get 10,000 miles out of a rear tire and 20,000 out of a front. The bike just turn over 48,000 miles and is still running great. They corner well enough to drag floor boards and have never given me anything than great performance. Recommended.

First things first...GREAT price! Saved a bunch by purchasing this online vice at the local H-D dealerships. Just be sure to have a local motorcycle garage willing to install parts you purchase online, as both local H-D dealerships claim they won't do it due to "liability issues", unless you buy the tire/part from them @ their much higher prices, of course. This was my first purchase from Motorcycle Superstore, but I am now a customer for life. Tire is factory new, arrived ahead of predicted delivery date, was well packaged, and cost about $70 less than the dealership's price.

Good all around tire.Mostly impressed with the looks. They have that cool huge whitewall that gives my skoot that neat retro look. I ride kinda hard so the tread wear has been an issue.(about 5000 mi.) I guess you have to compromise a little for the great looks.

The tire performs well but I can't believe that the tire only gets 14000 mile. I was looking on the web and found out that this is what everybody else is getting with this tire and the front tire gets about 27000 mile on it. The hardest thing is to find a different make tire. To cross the tire size from a letter to number, and nobody has the load range listed on the internet.

The tire design is good, it handles well on most any road conditions. I was not impressed with the short amount of time it took the tire to wear; I got a little less than 10,000 from the rear before time to change.
