Jon Bedford,  MA Great value I replaced my front tires on my 2 bikes ('85 Kawasaki EN454 LTD and '97 Yamaha Virago XV1100). What a difference from the older style straight tread design. The Dunlop’s are quieter, more responsive and more stable.

Chris Chapel Hill,  NC Like It So Far I put this tire on my 1996 Harley FXSTSB. It is slightly smaller than the stock tire and has a lower sidewall profile, but it still handles good. The tire handles well (I have a matching rear tire too). I was surprised how well it handled on wet roads through turns. Shipping - well, it took about two weeks to get it. I did not know tires did not qualify for the 2-3 day shipping. The tube showed up about a week after the tire.

Fernando Sutton,  WV Great value tire Dunlops have outlasted all the other many brands I have tried. I also find that they grip the road better and there's little or no hydroplaning in wet conditions. I highly recommend using Dunlops, and Motorcycle Superstore sold it at the very best internet price.

Joseph Belcher Porterville,  CA Dunlop D-404 Nice tire. Had it mounted locally and the shop wondered why I brought it in and hadn't bought from them. I got a quote on the tire and they were almost 150% of the cost from Motorcycle Superstore. HUGE difference once tire was mounted! Bike now handles like it has, well, a new tire! Duh! Rick Monterey,  CA D I recently mounted these on a '83 BMW R65 and have been very happy with them. I can't comment on wet traction yet, but have been dragging the pegs with no problems. With about 1k on them the tread seems to be holding up well. The old Beemer needs skinny tires by today's standards and there aren't too many choices out there, but these fit well and were priced very competitively. I don't think I'll be going back to Metzler's as long as the 404's are available.

I never had to even handle the item the installer notified when they received it and set up a convenient time to install the tire.
