Peter Winnetka,  CA Bang for your buck!!!! I've had the rear Shinko 777 for about a month now and have put about 1500 freeway and mountain highway miles on it paired with a Metzler Marathon 880 front on my 04 Classic Vulcan 1500, and so far it's been holding up well on the twisties and seems stable enough on wet and rough asphalt roads here in California.

Chad port aransas,  TX Great deal Tire is awesome. Unbeatable price and durability. Mounted on my Harley Roadster, use to spin my Dunlop 402 all the time, not any longer. Have even had the front tire leave the ground after punting the Shinko on, I’ve got 3,000miles on front and back so far and still looks brand new. If you buy a name brand tire that’s only thing more your buying is the name, Shinko tires are great and 1/2 the standard price.

laura powder springs,  GA balancing Tire was fine for the price but it took almost a pound of weights to balance it....3 spoke weights and 2 stick on wheel weights. The man mounting the tire said it was the most out-of-round tire he had ever balanced. He recalibrated his machine 3 times to make sure it was right. But in all the bike does ride nice on these tires. As far as tread life...haven't had them on long enough.

Martin Volle Summerfield,  KS Shinko 777 front and rear tire on Road Star. Have about 1000 miles on tires now. Very little wear on front, can still see seem. Back tire seems to be holding up good. The compound seems a little softer then the Metzelers I had on before. Got 8000 miles out of Metzelers, if these get 6000 they will be cost effective. Right now they look like they should go beyond that, but I doubt they make 8000. Rode in a heavy rain with moderate corners and bike was very stable. Softer compound makes for good dry traction as well. Very happy with purchase at this point.

jim spfld.,  IL SHINKO tire 777 Seems to be a good tire. So far no balance or stability problems. Has good traction wet or dry, only have rear tire but think I will try a set next year. Can't say about wear yet only about 2000 mi. on tire but rode 950 mi. in 2 days with no problems. Great service from Superstore!

jim G Fort Jones,  CA Shinko 777 This should be considered an "initial review" after a 2500 mile trip with the Shinko on the back of a Concours '05 loaded with a 200 pound rider and camping gear for two weeks. Temps 70 to 100+, CA, OR, ID, and Montana roads including Glacier National Park, and speeds to 75. For the money, this is an incredible tire. It seemed to ride as well as the OEM Dunlop, and shows no premature wear. The bike out cornered the other 10 cruisers I was riding with, but these were mostly twins. How can you NOT love a tire that costs half as much as the competition?

Jay Buzzards Bay,  MA GREAT TIRE I picked this tire up about a month ago and it has far surpassed the stock Dunlops. They make cornering very intenz. Now I can corner with precision and agility, and for a big Harley that’s tuff. I can now feel the bike grab at all the twistys that my buds with their sport bikes zip in and out of. I have only had the tire for a little while so I couldn't say how the tread life would wear, but they do smoke like a stoggy at red lights. I have recommended these tire's to my biker brother'n.
