When you've got a Speedmaster up front, the Safety Mileage MK II is what you need on the back. In it's broadest fitting, the 5.00S-16, it has a different tread pattern to the other sizes, but all share performance characteristics in tune with older bikes while enjoying the advances made in rubber technology

David Griffin,  GA Avon Speedmaster Mark II I use this tire for the front and sidecar tires on my motorcycle due to it's flatter tread design. They wear better than any other tire I have tried for a motorcycle with a sidecar.

james white river jct.,  VT a great tire Avon has a rep for great tires. This one is a good example. The composition of this tire gives the best grip on the road I have ever seen. Not the best for tread life but when it comes to cornering it can't be topped. I have actually lost my traction in corners before and recovered a second grip when I thought I was going down. Over all a Great Tire
