The factory tires on my road king 07, I thought were good tires, little did I know. The mets I put on my bike last Feb of this year already have 6000 plus miles on them. I am unable to put into words how much better my bike handles and rides with the metzelers! They are the only brand of tire I will ever ride again!

Can't answer the last two questions because I haven't had them long enough to give an opinion. I can't say that I'm disappointed in them, like the cornering so far. I'm hoping that the tread life will be better the original Dunlops that Harley puts on for stock tires.

The ME880's are on both my Street Glide and My Gold Wing. These tires inspire you to push your bike to the edge, scrub you pegs a little and recover with no problems. I have ridden my Wing from Big Bend National park to Deals Gap. It handles both the interstate and the Back roads with little or no noise. I also had them on my 1800cc VTX that made 112 ft lbs of TQ and never had an issue with the tires letting loose if I did not make them. I rode the VTX from Austin to Daytona in 2003, it rained the entire way, and not one time did I feel that my tires let me down. That trip is why all of my bikes wear Metzeler’s.
