Last time had the vest the wires in the vest pulled away and I had to keep gluing them back. First vest quit working after about 5 years. The new controller is a ridiculous tangle of wires and knobs attached to thigh. The old controller with its 3 buttons was much easier to use and see. Heat is good. I hope this one lasts better than the last one. You want something that costs $220 to last for a while. Shipping was free and very fast.

It's a beautiful thing when you can ride year round. A couple days ago I rode from Albuquerque to Santa Fe with snow in the mountains and ambient temperatures of 30-40 Fahrenheit, no problem. Now I can do these winter and early spring trips in style and stop less for hot cups of coffee & tea. I love the fact that this jacket is washable.

I'm very pleased with the product, delivery speed, and price compared to the Gerbing's jacket plus dual control. The only nits I have is the glove wires are a little too short but workable and the color of the glove connectors are different on each arm (1 gray, 1 black). Minor issues considering the cost saving over the Gerbing's gear. BTW, I'm using Gerbing's gloves and they work fine with the tourmaster jacket and controller.

So far I have enjoyed everything about the jacket; my wife got it for me (Christmas). I have been wearing it since during this cold weather and it works wonderfully, I honestly stay very warm and no problems so far.

I tell my friends it is like having a heated blanket around me as I ride my bike. I have no complaints about the jacket. I am looking at getting the pants next. I did not have luck with the first set of gloves in which they worked with me and refunded my money quickly on.

Nothing better than staying warm at a reasonable price. Easy to adjust knobs with use of the leg band. a product well worth the expense.

I've had this jacket now for just over a year and it’s met all my expectations. I wear this under my regular leather jacket during the colder months. Around town (35mph) it kept me warm in about -7F and highway speed it can keep up to about 30F before it can't keep up. I Plan on buying the gloves this year

The system works very well. It is very rare that you need to put the control in the maximum position. Usually the first or second level is good enough to provide all the heat necessaries.

I love this jacket. I have not had any issues with the jacket itself but I did have an early version controller die on me. They replaced it at no charge and the new one has been good for 4 years. I mostly use the low setting at about 8 to 13 celsius, but sometimes use medium at 0 to 8 Celcius. Overall I am happy with it.

This is my third replacement jacket and now going on my forth the jacket heats well, as long as it works. The eyelet where the control cord feeds into the jacket rips out after a month of use and eventually the jacket shorts out I haven't gotten one to last for more than 8 months so far, save your money there has to be something better out there.
