Purchased this product and figured it would be a quick install. Wrong. Well the bottom plastic gasket did not line up with the oem intake box. I pretty much had to force the shape into the groove of the box and proceed it that way.

Installed the filter on my 09 R6, pretty easy install, probably took 20min tops. Alot better acceleration and throttle response. I recommend it

The filter lip is taller than OEM making top housing sit higher. Meaning less thread engagement. Another oddity is the apparent pinholes in the filter. I called Bikemaster about this and the tech had me return the filter to him saying they should not be there. He immediately shipped another. It had the same small holes - but less first. I have 2000 miles on the filter and have had no noticeable issues however it has not been inspected.

This air filter fit perfectly & was easy to install. There was a slight issue with shipping (took several days longer to get than I was told) but other than that it was a fine purchase.

This filter fit well on my 2007 Ninja ZX6R. I had zero problems installing it. The filter material is comparable to my K&N on my other bike. Everything went better than expected.

Ordered for my '99 VFR800 based on positive reviews here. That was a $50 mistake. Frame is nearly twice the thickness of OEM. Prevents airbox cover from screwing down fully. Filter material is red, and prevents seeing if filter oil is evenly coated on it. Material has holes that look like they'll pass buckshot. Airflow should be great. Filtering probably won't. Ordering a Honda OEM filter tomorrow and tossing this piece of crap as soon as it arrives. Live and learn - Goodbye $50.
