Excellent replacement of the stock intake box. Quality and fit are very good and the performance improvement is noticeable. Not giving an 'excellent' in fit because the holes in the filter plate (for my '06 FXSTDI) did not align completely to the new studs - minor filing to correct. For the price you can't go wrong.

I found it very easy to install, looks really good, and improved air intake on bike much better than others I have used. I highly recommend and would buy another one.
