Love all K&N products. The filter has a nut on the end of the filter which will make removal very easy.

KN performance gold oil filter
I love the ease of these filters, having the nut at the edge for easy removal. Oil filter wrenches were a nightmare for me because that area is hard to reach, gets greasy, etc. I expect it will perform as well as most superbikes filters as well so I'm very pleased.

KandN oil filter
This oil filter built in the 17mm socket head for easy to install and remove. The out look does not have any KandN imprint or sticker as its does on the other automobile's oil filter that I have. Good product so far . Thanks.

Not many places on the West Coast carry this filter but it is worth it's weight in gold. I use K&N air filters also on KFX400 and LT Z400 quads. Incidentally, not only did the Superstore have them in stock, their price was half what dealers charge. Thanks.

What can you say about K&N filters. The company is well established. Can only say that the filter was the right one and fit my bike (which is saying a lot, because it is a rare bike, and finding anything to fit it is hard). What I can say is that I was super happy with this company's delivery time. I ordered stuff from two web sites at almost exactly the same time. K&N Performance Gold Oil Filter
This filter does its job very well, keeping my oil running clean for 3000 +/- miles. The best part may be the nut on the end to mount and remove the filter with a wrench or rachet.
