The luggage rack that arrived was not the laser cut rack it was for a VTX without Cobra Sissy Bar. MS has it coded wrong in their computers and the Customer rep told he had no way of getting me the correct rack until it was fixed in their computers. What a stupid excuse. Cost me $6 for nothing, I was charged $125 and got credited $119 due to shipping for the gloves I ordered at the same time.

Very fast delivery, easy install and perfect fit on my 2005 Vstar 1100, and it looks very cool. I'm glad I chose this one over the traditional looking rack. I'm perfectly happy.
