The bags were purchased for a 1997 Harley Heritage. These are very nice bags, made well and look great. The only problem was the instructions. I guess every bike is different and the bags come with various parts to accommodate all kinds of bikes. If you sit back and look at the bike and the parts, you can figure it out. The first bag took about 1/2 hour. We figured it out and the 2nd bag only took 5 minutes. Worth every penny and every minute of your time.
Very Nice Bags. Terrible instructions

I installed these bag on a 1997 Hareley Davidson Heritage. The bags looked just like advertised and of good quality. The instructions were - lets say interesting. There is a variation from bike to bike so some may need additional information. There were NO pictures with the instructions. BI only used 1/4 of what came with the bags and they installed very easily. Took me about 20 minutes after I understood what was needed and how it worked.

Perfect saddlebags for my 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic. Installation was a breeze with the included mounting hardware. Took less than 1 hour to mount. They look great on the bike and can be quickly removed to go bagless. A quality product through and through. Shipping was fast and I will definitely do business with Motorcycle Superstore again!

Well they're finally on the bike!! YEA!! 2 months later, lots of swearing from my mechanic/husband. He can fix a Mercedes, but had a b*** of time getting these to fit my Dyna Low Rider "07". They look real nice on and look like they'll last the life time of the bike. Superstore and Saddlemen did everything they could to help in getting them on. Superstore was great in shipping and customer service. If I was looking to buy again, will be soon, I'll shop here. Thanks.

These Bags looked great once we finally got them on. The instructions were not very clear and missed some of the steps that you needed to take. Putting the bags on after we finally were able to get the hardware on was not easy either the holes were not totally in the right position and we had to really work to get them on the hardware. Hopefully they will work themselves in after being on for a while. It took three of us to figure out the hardware instructions and we had to take them apart and put them back together a few times. There was a spacer that was suppose to go on the inside of the extension arm so that it did not collapse the plates and that had to be taken apart to put them in after I figured that out upon the hardware being finished or so we thought. Over all they are not bad bags. Worked out great on a 1300+ mile ride a few days later. We were on the road for 6 days and they stayed put through all kinds of weather.
Great product, mounting hardware lacking.

I am very happy with the product. the only issue I had was these were listed under Model specific for my Harley. I have a 2007 Dyna Street Bob, the hardware for mounting included 2x3/8 and 2x5/16 thread-all, both front and rear mounting. On my bike the mounting points for both front and rear are 3/8 so I had to jerry rig the initial mounting. I then called the manufacturer to see if I could purchase extra 3/8 mounting hardware, they did send me the hardware free of charge to mount the bags correctly.
This is why I rated fit, installation and recommend lower for all the work I had to do to get the product stable on my bike. Once I got all this done I am very happy with the product.

There was a slight mix up in the type of kit I needed, but the customer service straightened it out quickly and got the parts to me very promptly. I am very happy with the bags and they fit and look good.

Perfect saddlebags for my 2009 FXSTC. Very roomy inside. Had to move the rear turn signals back a bit. The quick detach feature is great. In a few seconds, I can drop the bags off when I don't need them. The bike is then transformed back to its classy, "bag-free" appearance. Great product at significantly less cost than the Harley bags that don't come off the bike.
