Was easy to install, but I can't comment as to the difference it made since I installed it at the same time as my Rush exhaust upgrade. All research indicated that you NEED to install one of these if you adjust the exhaust or intake at all! It was easy to install, but I found that it was a lot easier from the left side of the bike (all the tutorial videos seem to show it being done from the right side), at least for my V-Star 950.

Installation was easy for my Kawasaki Meanstreak 1500, except for the removal of the tank (which can't be avoided). Other than that, the instructions were very clear regarding how to connect the wires properly, tuning, and startup. I still haven't tweaked the factory recommended settings, but I can say for sure that I've lost nearly 10 mpg at least. It does run my bike richer, but I still have some figuring out to do.

installed this with cobra slash-cut slipon and a kn high intake on my 2009 roadstar 1700. install wasn't too bad. took about 3hrs to do all 3. bike runs and sounds great but i still have a little problem with popping on throttle roll off and an occasional hesitation in 4th gear cruising. plan on taking it to the shop and have it put on the dyno

Had Cobra pipe put on a fi2000r. Couple hundred miles later… Made better low end response and cruises real smooth…

2005 suzuki dl1000 vstrom. This is my second one. I got one for my 05 kawasaki nomad. Made both bikes run excellent, like they should have from the factory. No more pinging on the kawasaki. No more spitting and backfiring through the intake at 2800-4000 rpm on the suzuki. Easy install. Both were put on with the factory base settings. Both bikes are stock but have k&n air filters. Will by for future bikes.

Installation was fairly simple. It did require raising the tank and propping it up. Everything fit nicely on my Kawy 1600 Nomad. It didn't completely correct the throttle dead spot when shifting from first to second. It did help it a lot and the rest of the throttle responses are greatly improved. It seems to have knocked my gas mileage by about four or five miles per gallon. I think it is worth it. Bike runs much better.

I sent it back after reading the instruction and found out that I would need a download from harley. The only reason I ordered it was to avoid having to do that. If I had that input when making the decision to order, it would have saved me 6.95 to ship it back. Not happy.
