5s across the board. Built up a 2002 softail with blown motor. Put in a screamin' eagle 103". No definitive info on best pipe. This is as good as it gets. Bike pulls like Jack the bear. And sounds like it enjoys every moment of it. I know I do.

I installed the pro pipe hs the day before I left for the river run in Laughlin. On my ride back, after about 500 mile, I noticed the center of the muffler was yellowing. It has built in heat shields that I was told commonly yellows in that spot. I am disappointed the muffler yellowed so quickly and more disappointed Vance and Hines makes /sells a product that yellows so quickly. Everything else on the pipes are exceptional.

Fit and finish are excellent; installation took about 2 hours. No shield rattles and the base tone is deep with a powerful bark when on the throttle. Definitely a top notch system. Performs very well with the big bore kit, 45 flat-side carburetor, cams and valve job. Allowed me to flip the passenger peg plates and lower the pegs as well.
