My noisy pipes
These pipes are great on my little bike. I have a Honda Shadow 600 and was looking for something to make it a little louder. They were installed by a couple of friends, who seemed to have no issues with installation. They look and sound great, not too loud, but people sure know when I'm around!

Vance & Hines - Cruzer Exhaust System
I installed these on a Suzuki C-50 in about 45 minutes. Fit was perfect, no adjustments needed. Sound is much better than with stock, although at some speeds they sound like straight pipes. I have not checked into changing the fuel mixture (only noticeable at low speed let off), I would definitely recommend these. Also acceleration is much better.

Way more than I expected
Installed on a 2006 Honda Shadow VLX 600, and this is the first bike I've owned and the first exhaust install I've ever done on a motorcycle. Took around an hour (took a break to eat) and the hardest part was probably the heat shield, and that wasn't too hard. The sound is AMAZING. I didn't know what to expect going in and I scared myself when I started my bike because when I started it I immediately turned the throttle and then I had to go and change my boxers. This and the carb re-jet kit were worth every penny.

Good product for price
Easy to read instructions, fit great, Yamaha V-star 650 sounds great. A little disappointed at the durability! After less than 1,000 mi. I noticed they were louder and had a "splatter" sound. took the baffles out to tighten up the quot;packing" and there was a large hole in both baffles. Seem as though the packing material could last a little longer! Not looking forward to re-packing every thousand miles.

Vance & Hines makes the 650 Classic what it should be
I picked up my VStar 650 Classic used for a good price which left some money in the budget, so I ordered a set of Vance & Hines Cruzers. WOW. They wake the bike up! They make it sound like it should! People often mistake the 650 for a much larger bike, now the awesome sound confuses them even more! If you want your VStar 650 to SOUND like a cruiser, aftermarket pipes are the way to go. Vance & Hines makes a great product. Install was very straightforward. I will caution to get a new gasket for the rear cylinder pipe, and make sure it's the one between the short 90º header and the pipe, not the one between the header and the cylinder head. They are not the same size.

Bad Ass Pipes on a Honda VTX 1300
These pipes rock, not quite as loud as the big shot staggered at idle, but roar when you get on the throttle. Neighbors say they can here me 4 to 5 blocks away when I get on it and I haven't taken the baffles out yet, which I don't recommend due to backfiring while deacelarating. I have to ride down my street in neutral, because of the echo off of the houses. Very inexpensive compared to others. These pipes were made for this bike. Make sure you rejet with kit, or bike will run rough.

Great Pipes
Installed these pipes on my Yamaha 650 classic in about 45 minutes. They sound great with baffles in. I haven’t had the balls to take the baffles out yet. Greatly improved top end speed I also installed v&h jet ket.

So Far - So Good
I was looking for something to boost the giddy-up and add a little bling. Front exhaust flange needed some grinding to clear the cylinder head. They look better than stock pipes on VN800B, and sound great(if you like loud). I'm adding a K&N air filter, so I'll wait till then to judge any performance increase. So Far - So Good

Awesome Exhaust
I couldn't believe it when I fired up my 600 VLX after the easy installation. It sounds like a completely different bike. I'll know tomorrow if I have to re-jet, but I also purchased and installed the K & N air filter, so, it is my hope that re-jetting is not required. I will also say that with the ridiculous close clearance on the front cylinder pipe for threading the nut, take my advice and put the heat shield on WITH the pipe when installing. AND, bend the ends of the hose clamps IN so you can get them to thread properly. All in All...a kick ass product.

Suzuki Marauder Cruzer Exhaust
Installing the product was straight forward given the instructions. I have 40K miles on the original pipes, so they didn't come off with a slight twist as described in the instructions. But the new pipes went on easily. They look and sound great. I bought them because they have packable baffles, but I wonder if they will pass inspection 2 summers from now when I have to retag the bike. Until then, I love the sound and the finish is awesome. Great value.

Excellent finish, quality of pipes looks great. Sounds great. The instructions were perfect except the 'slight twisting motion' to remove the old pipes was way off. With 40K miles on the bike, it was a cut and hammer deal. Otherwise it was easy to do, looks grea.

Took about an hour and half to install, but looks great and sounds great, also I now get more complements on the sound of my bike than on my actual bike. I had some back firing after installation I re-jetted the card and in runs great!!

I made the purchase and it was worth every penny. The sound on first start up absolutely blew me away. I get the same reaction from all of my friends who have seen and heard the before and after exhaust. It also looks great, and with relatively low cost V and H is hard to beat. I will never have any other exhaust. Great Product!

Great Pipes for a Great Prices
Old pipes came off and these were on within an hour. Sound great. Nice deep mellow sound with baffles in and loud deep "piss off the neighbors" with the baffles out. Looks great on the VTX if you like the stock pipe look but with the pipes a little smaller in sizes.

I originally looked at Cobra pipes but changed my mind after seeing the V and H.I wanted a staggered look with the pipes and the Cobra's weren't offered for the VLX 600 in that look. Plus ,the V and H were cheaper in price. They fit perfect, sound GREAT and LOOK GREAT.I put a Dyno jet Stage 1 jet kit on and K and N air filter. Throttle response is much quicker; pickup and top end also improved. MPG for me went from 65 to 56.I drive moderate to aggressive. But the trade off for looks, sound and performance were well worth it. I give the V and H a 5 rating.

Sound Great and looks great !
When I looked around for a set of pipes for my 750 shadow I read lots of reviews and decided on the Vance and Hines cruizer. Man these things are great! easy fit about 30 minutes and they sound Great...The finish is amazing and they are fairly cheap in relation to others. The bike sounds great and people always comment on the sound. Changes the whole feel of the motorcycle. I would recommend them to anybody..

These pipes are great. I've only had them on for about a month , but I love em. It took me about two hours to install, but part of that was trying to refit the saddle bags. The sound is great also. I would highly recommend these pipes for a Honda shadow or anything else for that matter.

Loud and Proud
These pipes dropped about 20 lbs off my bike. Very loud pipes make quite the impression. Great quality and they make me proud of my bike every time I start my it up.
Suzuki replacement pipes are 400 bucks for one muffler and about 370 bucks for the other. That’s not including the headers (which by the way, have a tiny diameter compared to the Cruisers). Get rid of that stock exhaust and change the look, performance, and sound of your bike in 30 minutes. I installed the Cobra fi200r Fuel processor with these pipes and have had NO troubles.
