J.D. Raspberry Newnan,  GA Awesome This exhaust system is everything I hoped it would be. The instructions were easy to follow and the parts fit like they should. The finish on the pipes is excellent. I just go out to the garage to look at them sometimes. My Fatbob now runs and sounds great. I am a bit of a redneck and modify everything I can to optimum performance. This should have been done a long time ago. My wife says she likes the sound, or at least she loves me enough to tell me so. These pipes with the Powercomander III are a must for my Harley. I will keep my old stock pipes, but I hope I never have to go back. It used to take two tanks of fuel to clear my head, but with this exhaust, it now only takes one. Drive safe!

Clint Flagstaff,  AZ Vance&Hines Short Fatty's Excellent fit, easy install, great sound, loud but not to loud. Upon receiving my pipes I encountered a problem. The long pipe hade the wrong flange installed at the factory, I called V & H direct and after I sent them a fax of my receipt from Motorcycle Super Store, they mailed me a new pipe with the correct flange at no cost and free shipping. Better performance, but with a re-jet the fuel mileage is less, still, I definitely recommend the Vance & Hines Short Fatty's

William Fabre Houma,  LA Great Sound for the dollar This was the best value and look of all the systems. I did have an issue with the install however. I had to install the bracket to the top head pipe first then to the frame, not the way the installation reads, but needed to fit the bolts in properly. Oh, and yes they are LOUD. Love it and hate it, but like it none the less. I also will be ordering the slightly quieter baffles. Great doing business with MC Superstore again.

Gary Harr Riverton,  UT Vstar 650 Sounds like a Big dog now. I replaced the stock system because I lost the top slip-on going down the highway. I knew it would be louder but it really is very loud. I will be ordering the quiet baffles next spring. The plus side is the bike run better. More go on the highway. The performance advantage is there and the cost is really good. The loud sound makes me feel guilty driving it in the Burbs at night. Also note that the entire system is not replaced. The front half of the pipes are still used. I was not aware of this. I thought it was a complete system.
