These shorthots are great. I have a 2007 HD nightster, all black and these just look natural on the bike. The performance is great with the full stage 1. The sound is amazing, it's loud, and hey...loud pipes save lives. Nothing but the best from Vance and Hines. You will not be disappointed. The price is definitely fair for what you get. I installed them in about an hour and half but two people would have made it much easier. So have that in mind for a faster installation.

Piece of cake to put on, big sound, awesome finish. The V&H SS pipes bring my little V-Star to life, I should have done it sooner. MSS was great, good customer service and fast delivery.

Just installed the Short Shots black. Look very good, sound amazing. Installed on a Forty Eight and fit was great. Install takes about 3 hours. Worth Getting. You won't be sorry.

Very easy install. I ordered the quiet baffles, very glad I did. The pipes started bluing within 5 miles (not the heatshields) I wonder how they will hold up or look after a few thousand miles (They are still partially visible even with the heatshields in place). The finish on the heatshields is also a little wavy which could be a sign of future problems, I guess time will tell. For the price I would highly recommend. Seriously think about the quiet baffles though unless you are hard of hearing.

I had slip ons on my harley before but when I herd an other bike with them I just had to have them. They look good on my bike & sound great. You can't go wrong on the soft tails.

I bought these for my 2012 HD Wide Glide and was "iffy" at first. Lots of decel pop. When my V&H Fuelpak (finally)arrived and I installed it. It brought these pipes to life. I bought the quiet baffles, but in my opinion. When you also add the Fuelpak. The stock inserts sound better. I don't think they're too loud and notice less vibration than the quiet baffles, but that's only my opinion.

Installation was much quicker then the removal have only driven 50 miles since install and can't give top score for durability. I enjoy the new sound even though I haven't heard it raw. As I wear a full helmet, great looking pipes.

I put these pipes on my new 2012 softail slim. All I can say is that they are awesome! I installed them myself with no problem. They have a great sound and gave my bike the character I was looking for. I also did not have to do any modification to the bike at all. Runs awesome. I would by these pipes again and again!

These pipes are great! Just swapped out my quiet stock exhaust on my 08 v star to these, WOW what a difference. Friends know when im on my way over, they can hear me for blocks! Love these pipes!
