I've had EBC and Galfer front pads on my '02 R1 and wanted to try Vesrah. Very satisfied, good initial bite and linear feel without the "compounding input" I've experienced with some pads that force you to modulate lever pressure after the initial bite by backing off.

These brakes are great. I originally had the race version of these pads when my bike was race only, now I have these pads for the street. They are great all over, on my Gsxr they took 15 minutes to install, no bedding in time was needed, ready to go as soon and they are installed. They provide immediate smooth bite even from 90mph. These pads probably cut my stop distance by a third. One drawback, beware! You will not want any other brake pads after you try these! I was a bit hesitant by the price when I needed street pads so I bought cheaper galfers, big mistake. Only lasted a few weeks with those before I had to buy the vesrahs again. Totally worth it.

The pads as super. Easily twice the braking of the stock pads on my SV1000. One finger for the front is all that is needed to get the rear tire in the air. I have to lighten my pressure front and rear. You need to stop on fast or heavy bikes, these pads will help.
