Nice Bag!
I needed a small bag to store my stuff for day rides. I was hoping to stuff my jacket (leather) in it, but realistically I will need a slightly larger bag for that. However, it is perfect for all the stuff I used to bungee onto the bike and stuff into my pockets. It is very well made and looks great on the bike. It matches the leather on the bike perfectly. (XL1200C w/low sissy bar). The ability to lock the bag is also a nice plus. I can easily store an extra shirt, glasses, water bottle, bungees, sun glasses, gloves, cell phone with plenty of room to spare. It is kind of like a good size glove box for your bike. The bag is also stable and keeps its shape full or empty.
Leatherman makes a very nice product, at a very good price. I am still going to buy a larger bag for days when I want to store my jacket for the ride home and will definitely look at the leatherman products for a solution.

Perfect for day rides
I bought this as a bag to use for day rides to carry cell phones, glasses, camera, thermos, long sleeve shirt, etc. because I was tired of bungee cording a soft backpack to my sissybar. This bag is easy to get in and out of and we've had no problems with the Velcro or anything else. I used it on the seat side of my sissy bar, since I don't have a rack on the back and the tag is more or less in the. It's big enough to hold one sweat shirt and a few other items so if you're looking to pack for two you might want something bigger. We used this on a 3 day 700 mile trip and several day trips since then with no problems at all. Very good value.
