Stan Vaughan Houston,  TX Houston to Daytona and back This is a great piece of luggage. It made the trip from Houston to Daytona for Bike Week without incident. I couldn't even fill it to capacity for a 5 day trip! Kept everything high and dry on the queen seat portion of my king/queen on my HD Softail Custom. Even made a great rest stop backrest. Well worth the money. Only issue is finding a good place to put the shoulder carry strap. Alternative provided is to make it into a backpack which is cumbersome to handle when wearing a bike jacket.

Robert Nordmeyer Seattle,  WA Great Bag ! Got this to use on my Shadow sitting on the passenger seat, I have no luggage rack. In this configuration it makes a perfect backrest on the road! I like this so much I use even when not on a trip. Just stuff with a light sleeping bag to hold its shape. It is very well made, seems durable, and is waterproof as advertised. I drove for hours in a blinding downpour and had dry contents afterward with the exception of just a hint of dampness in one of the little side pockets. I will just apply a little silicone tent seam sealer to stitches that attach it and I'm sure it will quit that. The side pockets are restrictive at the top edge, things much larger than a wallet won't fit in them. A great product.

Ralph H Christensen Coeur D' Alene,  ID Nelson-Rigg Survivor Day tourer I ordered this product for my VTX 1800R. When I received the pack I realized that it was too big for what I wanted. Though I did get the chance to look the bag over and it seemed to be a GREAT BAG FOR THE PRICE with a lot of area for storage. I think that I was most impressed with the whole process when I neededed to return the bag to the Superstore, I notified them of my need for a return, they helped me with all the information that I needed for a quick and EASY return. My account was credited with my return cost very quickly, so the whole process was quick and painless. After this experience I won't hesitate to order from the Superstore again knowing that if the product doesn't meet my needs that they will allow me to return it NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Now that's customer service!!!!!
