Bought the 950 model. Works really well, just could have been slightly larger. Used it on the passenger pad (good backrest).Tie downs were easy to use. All said, it’s a good bag at a good price.

I think the Riggpaks tourer bag is a great item. When I purchased the first one the mounting straps were a bit too small for the sissy bar mounting, but I liked the versatility of the bag. I then ordered the right size and sent the other back for a refund.
However, I have not received any feedback on whether the original order had been received back to you or not or my account credited.
