John Aurora,  IL River Road - Magnetic Map Pocket Does what it is supposed to do: holds a map, doesn't slide around and doesn't seem to be effected by the wind, and so far, I can't see that it is causing any damage to the paint on the tank. I would like to have a slightly more padded finish on the back side.

Tim Temple,  CA River Road Pocket Magnetic Map Pocket The magnetic map pocket by River Road seems to be as good as a more expensive brand. I got the small one so it could fit on the gas tank below the speedometer on my 2004 Vulcan Classic. This is a great accessory to add to your bike as it makes travel on unfamiliar roads such as when you travel back roads and go on poker runs. The magnets are very strong so you don't have to worry about the map pocket blowing off the bike. I use note cards with the directions in large letters for easy referen
