The material is top notch. Workmanship is also very good. Bag is a very good size and fits perfect on the bars.
The only "defect" is the velcro closure which is located in the center of the cover flap and causes the corners of the cover to curl up and not close securely.

It's a little stiff and has two loops on the rear of the bag for a connection to your bike. Great buy for the price.

Overall a Good Bag
Nice bag, it is just the size I WAS looking for. I wanted something that I could carry my glasses, cigars, and cell phone in, this works out well. I am now thinking I want something just a little bigger so this will be a good tool bag. I do not like the way the straps are designed I couldn't get the tension straps to tighten where I felt they would stay so I chucked them and used some black ball type bungees. Overall good strong bag. I will probably use it for something for my bike for a long time.

Not a true windshield bag
This bag may work ok for handle bars but is a poor bag to be used on a windshield. You must modify bag to be installed as a suitable windshield bag.

River Road - Handlebar-Windshield Bag
Nice windshield bag for the price. I could not use the straps that came with the bag because it did not feel sturdy enough for me with the straps. I drilled a hole in the bag and attached it directly to the inside of the windshield using one of the existing windshield mounting bolts, works great! I use it to hold two pairs of goggles and it does the job.

Good fit, doesn’t move on the forks, fits better in front on the forks than under the dash. I put a state map, Swiss army knife, and a pair of sunglasses in there. Just enough room for all that. Great product for the price.

Cheap bag
This is a decent sized bag for the money, but the buckles to attach it are plastic. One of them broke off the first time I tried to attach it to the handlebar. The bag itself appears to be decent. I ended up drilling 2 holes in the back and mounted it to my windshield bracket. It looks better there anyway.

Windshield bag
Needed something small enough for sunglasses and garage remote but not bulky, this works for me. Did not use the straps just my windshield risers to mount it, very pleased with product and delivery.
