River Road Sissy Bar Travel Bag
I found the bag to be well constructed of durable materials, however, I was slightly disappointed in that it has no internal support so it sags when not completely full. I solved this by cutting and installing a 1/4" plywood insert and riveting it to the bag back. The bag is equipped with a sissy bar pouch, however, the pouch did not fit my sissy bar at all. I therefore had to construct a separate mounting bar to attach it. There were several straps that came with the bag that, in my opinion were not needed. The separate top mounted bag is a great addition and works best when it is fully packed. I found it can also be used on the front of the bike with minor mounting engineering. The bag size is ample for 2 up travel. I used it for a 3 day trip with no problems. There is an abundance of pockets for small items and it folds down flat when not in use. I like the strap buckles as they are easy to latch and unlatch as well as lock. With a little engineering to achieve a fitting mount, the bag is a great addition to saddle bags.
