Better then highway pegs
These are great pegs if you don't want to attach clamps to your engine guard. They let you stretch out for long haul comfort. They work better for me because my legs are a little short for reaching all the way out to the engine guard. These pegs are about an inch back from the guard but are just as wide as highway pegs would be on the guard. Only problem is you can't retract the wings while riding (extra care while splitting traffic). The button can only be activated by hand and it's a long reach to grab them. Plus it usually takes two hands (harder to one hand the button then I would have expected) to get it retracted so it's basically out or in while in gear. On the passenger side, when it's retracted it acts like a foot board so no more heels on the tailpipe or when the wings out it puts the foot past the tailpipe, again, no more heels on the tailpipe. Also of note, they were a little loose when attached so I had to add a plastic washer (homemade) to each one to tighten it up, not a big deal but the size wasn't perfect. Everything else was fine.
