The best communications hardware that I have used! Works great, pairs with cell phone and other devices with ease and the "boomless" design is awesome!!!

The sound is great on these units. Everything was good except functions. You can't listen to music and push a single button to talk on the intercom. You must first pause the music and switch to intercom then when completed switch back to music and unpause it. The passenger must have their own music source and can't listen to the same source as the rider.

Installed easy, volume is good, never a problem with not enough volume, sound & build quality could be better but this is the best available out there. Sure I would pay more for better sound quality but it was only $149. Bluetooth device must be close to helmet, getting a very minimal amount of interference, but it is certainly tolerable, I only use this to listen to talk radio while commuting which it does a fine job for.
