Device is droid Razr M on Scorpion EXO 400 helmet. PROS: Easy to install, very loud voices (high treble), solid connection to phone, decent music playback and tons of control. CON: If gloves are worn, the buttons are hard to press.

If you want a headset you can talk to your buddies while riding, there is no other. Super clear, easy to use, easy to set up, works every time, batteries last and most of my riding buddies already have one. IF you want to buy some cheaper brand- DON'T DO IT! The reviews don't lie...

I can't recommend this intercom. I bought the pair hoping to communicate with my daughter on the back. It worked OK as just an intercom. However, when I hooked up my iPhone via bluetooth, songs would cutout 4-5 times during a song and the intercom was spotty at best. I had to return them.

I bought it to have rider/passenger communication. As Cassandra mentioned, great audio quality but have to repeat several times what I have said to my passenger. I have it either on music or communicator when with a passenger. It is too dangerous (driving!) to switch back and forth-music/talk. The bluetooth music cuts in/out while driving. The principle of it is great. I will follow up as Jeff has done with UClear Tech Support.

Installation was pretty easy but I wish some of the wires were a little longer. It's very sleek and doesn't cause my helmet to sit funny like the SMH10-11 does for the lady's. Sound: Voices are crystal clear, no wind noise and Volume is plentiful even with a straight piped V-Twin engine and my ear plugs. Some reviews stated the bass was lacking which I scoffed at, until I tried some music for myself and realized there was not even anything close in the spectrum. Best for voices only.
This is a standard USB to micro USB cable so it charges most phones and also the SENA devices. You can't even find a decent cable like this one on eBay for $3. Glad I bought it.
