6-pin DIN Needs Redesign
I purchased 4 units for a group ride. Two of the headsets failed due to poor quality 6-pin DIN connectors. Had to wiggle connectors to get any sound. Audio in one ear only, then no sound at all, would not keep connection while riding. Other two units work fine. Great units, work well when they work. Headset connectors need a redesign for better connection. Wiring should be heavier and more shielded too.

These speakers are loud and clear. The Mic also picks up my voice clearly. Works best with the PPT button.

Headset
First headset did not work. Luckily we ordered 2 headsets as we did not know from the web site that Chatterbox came with a headset. So we had a spare.

Full Face Headset for CB50
Horrible!!!! Way too much wind noise, even at low speeds with face shield down and vents closed. The sound hurts my ears, even with the noise reduction extension cord. I had to keep shutting the unit off so I could ride in peace.

Chatterbox Full Face Headset
I have an HJC Helmet, and this headset was specifically designed for it, so the fit and ease of installation was excellent. I also have a Nolan N100 helmet, and it fit that well also, but since the Nolan is a flip up helmet, I had to remember to remove the mic before flipping it up. The flip up headset worked OK on the Nolan, but there is very little space between my mouth and the chin bar, so I had to remove the wind sock for comfortable use.
