Until Apple gets it right...
You should earnestly think about getting this adapter. I love my iPhone. It's simple, intuitive and effective at what I want to achieve. However, Apple, for some strange reason, doesn't have A2DP on the Motherphone (or MMS for that matter) and this used to make me sad. I was always the odd one out when my friends busted out their stereo headsets and stereo-capable phones until now. The little dongle adds an inch and a half to the overall length of the iPhone and it is well worth it. It transmits the stereo sound brilliantly, and you hear it for all its worth, depending on what type of BT headphones you have. I highly recommend this product. Further, I highly recommend ordering from Motorcycle Superstore because even though they said that i would get this within 5-7 days, it arrived on my doorstep in only 3. Now that's efficiency. Thanks y'all! I've once again claimed my place as the king of cool toys.

Works as advertised
Simple add-on to enable you to get true stereo Bluetooth capability from your iPod, iPhone or other Apple device. Only slight drawback is that it does draw down battery power from your device at a faster rate.

Works well with my iPhone
For those who have the Motorola S9 Bluetooth headset, use of that plus this plus the iPhone is excellent.

iCombi
The iCombi works really well with the Chatterbox Bluetooth setup. The only two issues I have with the iCombi is; 1)I have my iPod(30GB Video) in a case to protect it and the iCombi has trouble connecting due to the case. I solved the problem by purchasing a skin for the iPod. 2) I keep my iPod in my pants pocket and I find that if it is not on the same side as the Chatterbox setup on your helmet, when you turn your head you loose the signal.
