Crissa Westminster,  CO Maybe a bit of a pain, but worth it. I have the jacket liner and gloves combo. With this controller, I am able to crank up the heat for my cold hands without getting too hot in the jacket. There are a total of 5 different plugs to attach each time I mount up, and it requires a bit more preparation for a ride. That said, this item works great and even with all the plugs, its better, I think, than something attached directly to a garment.

Joe San Juan Capistrano,  CA Firstgear - Dual Portable Heat-Troller Controller works as advertized. Easy to install/mount. Can adjust settings with gloves on and underway. All good.
