Good for Height!
Ok-- the fit is okay, they fit length wise okay-- I think they are a little wide- I seem to slide, and walking even after a couple weeks of breaking in, is not super comfy. They are great ON the bike-- they give me some extra height which I needed for the sports bike, but they are very heavy and not good for walking. I would ONLY wear these if I knew I would not have to get off the bike very much. They are in no way waterproof, so forget about wearing them if it's raining. They were a good compromise-- the high end brand that gave height were $400, and I couldn't see paying that.

River Road Womens Double Zipper Field Boots
These boots fit me comfortably and I normally wear 10 wides (I ordered size 10). They are attractive, sturdy and heavy - my feet feel well protected. They have good traction and although the shoe laces allow me to tie the boots nice and tight, I tuck them in so that they don't get caught on anything. The boots are very reasonably priced. I've received complements on them and overall, I love them! I would definitely recommend and buy these again.

These boots fit me just right. They are great riding boots and have held up very nicely. However, there is nothing to hide your ties, and the zippers are on both sides of the boot and do unzip slightly on their own.

Great Boot
So far so good, needed new boots for a ride to Sturgis, right out of the box to a week on the bike. Not one blister and were comfortable all day. Very happy with them. Hope they will last for years and only get better with age, like me!

The Best Boots Ever!
I have had these for about two years now, I wear them nearly every day (most of them standing up for eight hours at a time) and they feel great, I feel my feet are safer at my job and they've stood up to all the abuse I've put them through very well. I would be absolutely devastated if this particular boot model was taken off the market. I will buy another pair of them, but I don't really need to yet!

River Road Double Zipper Field Boots
Excellent, Excellent Boot! This is my second pair of them, I liked the first pair so much and the sale even better! I have a pair of Harley boots which cost more and aren't half as well made or convenient. Once these are broken in at the ankle, you set the laces and slip in and out with ease and speed. I fell once, & wearing these boots I was totally protected. Only injury was the scrape on the boot toe and my feet were fine.

WONDERFUL Boots!
I have these and a pair of 'Harley' riding boots. For over $10 bucks less, these win hands down. I work as a pet sitter, and once broken in, they do well in walking. I'm sooo impressed that I have ordered a second pair!

A Dream Boot
I had read the good reviews on this boot and thought why not. I have a wide foot and these boots fit like a dream. The zippered sides makes taking them on and off easy. They felt safe with the steel toe and look great on and off a motorcycle. For the price you simply cannot go wrong.

Wife Loves Her Boots
The only negative is that they fit a little loose which was corrected with an insole. Other than that she loves her boots (I did something right!). Good quality construction and comfort (after the insoles) after a very short break in time.

Women's Double Zipper review boots
The fit was right on and very comfortable. The only problem I had was the toe of the boot is a little too high and makes getting the boot between the foot peg and the shifter hard which makes you have to concentrate too much on being able to shift and takes away from the fun of the ride.

Great boots!
I had picked out all my gear prior to buying them, and I had picked out a different pair of boots, which I did not purchase simply because they did not have them. I tried these on and fell in love with them instantly. They are just like wearing a work boot. I had no problems with the size. They were the same size as my street shoe. The soles are nice, thick, and very durable. They were stiff at first, but I wore them around the house to break them in. Overall, an excellent boot. I would recommend to friends and family.

Nice boots
I bought these for my wife. I had to return them for a 1/2 size bigger. Seems they run a little small. The return process was smooth. She has not had an opportunity to try these on a ride yet, since we still have a few feet of snow. She does like the fit and feel of these boots. Good buy.

The boots fit extremely well, provide excellent protection, and are good looking. The heel area is more than a little stiff and took several days of riding to break in.
