I am very impressed with the fit of my boots, they were a half size bigger and that was an adequate size for comfort while riding. The special features on the boots are great for shifting, and I was very happy to have this feature. Regular boots did not do the trick after I have these new ones. I couldn't get the boots on past my toes because they were sewed up past the ankles, my 5 year old daughter couldn't even get her foot in. So I cut the tongue figuring that they would fit since I usually wear a 3 1/2 - 4 girls, and then they were still really tight.

The price was right but the size was way too small....
Couldn't get them on. For $10/pair it was worth a shot. Bought these for the wife since they were available in her size (5). The boots looked impressively built and with nice materials and workmanship but were considerably smaller internally than all of her other size 5 shoes, and there are many. Fortunately, our niece can wear them until she grows out. She's 7.

Excellent Deal
Being a beginning rider, I wanted to find an excellent product but didn't want to spend a fortune on it! And these boots were exactly that, they do fit a size, almost a size and 1/2 smaller so order a size up. They are extremely durable and once broken in, very comfortable. Highly recommended!

These boots were the deal of the year! I bought them for my 12 year old daughter and knew that she wouldn't be thrilled about the look (based on the picture). I got the black boots and they are very nice..the look in the picture does not do the boots justice. I am glad that I read the other reviews that said to get a size bigger, as they are definitely a small fit. In fact, they need to be completely unlaced to get them on. The leather is very stiff (which is why they are such a great deal for the ankle support alone!) but we should have them broken in within a few rides - definitely not a walking boot until they are broken in. Again, a great deal on a great boot.

Watch Size!!--GREAT Boot
This is a TRUE motorcycle boot! Although they are very difficult to break in (recommend wearing them 2 hours a day until comfortable), they are extremely solid as a riding boot. Have not tested them in rain yet. The fit is extremely tight! I normally wear a 7.5 womens and got an 8 of this boot..Could have gone to an 8.5 comfortably. Still, overall great product.

Snug but Good Value
I was excited to see these boots (I like the look of the tan) and the price was definitely a bargain for a brand new rider. I bought them a few weeks before my course and kept a shoe tree in to stretch them out a little. I normally wear 7 and the 7's I bought were kind of snug. It takes some time to break them in (especially for walking) but I felt comfortable while riding. :)

Need half-sizes!
Returned the size 6, couldn't wear them at all (my regular shoe size is 5-5 1/2). Got the 7, and it's just a tad too big!6 1/2 would have been perfect. The well-placed ridges on the left boot that should align with the shifter hit at just the wrong spot, so I end up shifting with the tip of the boot. Other than the fit, this is a great boot! It will probably last longer than the bike, it's so rugged. And I got the black, and they have a great finish. Break-in period may be a bit long, but I think they will be fine in the long run - just wish they fit better

I didn't return them because my best friend's girlfriend needed a pair to ride in and she wears a size smaller. Also, there was not anymore available in a size larger. She loves them though!

I was very skeptical when I read the add. The boots are a little stiff in the beginning. Wear a band aid the first day or two. The fit is perfect and the cost was better than I expected. I am very pleased with my boots.

Other reviews are correct, you need to order one size bigger, and they take a long time to break in. Definitely only a little better than a regular hiking boot for motorcycle use, but at twenty dollars, they cost about the same as a pair of boots from the department store, so these are a GREAT DEAL!

Look great, durable. Pretty stiff and are taking a while to break in. Pretty tight width wise, but overall good fit. (my feet are wide). Try the men's two sizes smaller than your regular size. That width seems a little wider. Outstanding value.

These boots are pretty great for the price. My feet are 6.5 and i got a size 7 that fit just fine. The only thing is you have to break them in. i'd recommend folks getting these if they're looking for good riding boots.

I can’t believe I got these awesome boots for $20!! I ordered a size up following the reviews advice,size 8(in the tan color) I usually wear a 7+- plus my feet are not delicate or narrow and they fit perfectly. I only wear DR.Martens footware and I find these Icon boots to be pretty much as confortable!Granted they are slightly stiff, but nowhere near as stiff as some reviews said. they feel like a new pair of leather boots, that's all.Besides,You dont really want a flimsy pair of boots going at 70 mph @ having your feets a few inches of the pavement :)
too bad there is none left in my size in black otherwise I would be getting them! I strongly recommend these Icon boots!!!!

Got these boots at a phenomenal price. Arrived quickly and fit just right. Haven't yet had the chance to ride with them (upstate NY winters are a drag) but it seems as though they will offer great ankle support and durability. Love the reinforced toe and there is a padded spot on both sides of the ankle which will be great. Sizing was not an issue for me- usually wear a size 7.5-8; the size 8 boot fits well. Aesthetically, boots also look pretty cool with a pair of jeans.
One major downside is the boots stiffness- they are VERY rigid. It is difficult to walk in them. However, I'm sure they will loosen up as they are broken in. Now I just have an excuse to ride more! ;)

Great boots, great price
This was my first pair of riding boots, and I wore them for the first time in my rider safety course. They fit snug at first (best to put a band aid on the back of your ankles), but once they broke in, they fit perfectly. They are comfortable for riding and for all-day wear. There's plenty of give in the ankle, and shifting is easy with the little rubber strips over the toes on the left boot. With the amazing price, I bought a second pair of black ones and a pair of tan ones so that I have extras in case they are discontinued!

Make sure you do order one size larger...Try to break in the neck so you can shift without difficulty. For me I had a small issue with the bend in my ankle up and down for shifting...Other then that the boot is great!

As per other reviewers, the Icon Women's Standard Boots run at least one size small. In my case, I needed to order size 8 to accommodate my size 6.5 M foot. The boots are very stiff when new, but now that I've worn them several weeks, they are easier to put on and comfortable when riding. The finish is good and I expect the boots to be durable. For petite feet, the price can't be beaten.

Decent riding boots, comfortable and very breathable, good for short rides. I haven’t tried them on a ride longer than three hours. The only "slight problem" would be the removal of them... you can't seem to slide them off without almost removing all the laces.

I got these boots for my wife. She wears an 8 normally and that was as big as they came, so I rolled the dice. They are definitely tight when brand new. The leather is very stiff and unforgiving. However, I think that after some time they'll loosen up and fit just about perfect. Good ankle protection, durable, and good sole too. If you don't want to take the time to break this boot in, I'd definitely go up a size. Can't beat the price!

Pretty nice boot for the money but......
A fairly comfortable, quality boot for women. They fit my feet quite comfortably once I go through all the contortions to get my foot down inside of them. I wish the manufacturer would have left a little bigger opening for one to get their feet down into the boot. It does rub a little on the back of my leg at present, but hopefully that will ease up once they are broke in all of the way. As far as performance goes, I have noticed that my foot gets hung up a little when trying to shift up. Perhaps, this will pass as the stiffness gets worked out of the boot.

Narrow, run small, very stiff!
All the other reviews are correct. I usually wear a 6.5 and went up to a 7 in this boot. They are incredibly stiff and even the padding around the calf puts a lot of pressure on the back of my leg, making it hard to get my toe under the shifter. Plus they are stiff as mentioned. My toes are slightly cramped. Currently these are not comfortable boots, though they seem very sturdy, but I'm hoping I can break them in. It'll take awhile, though!

Great looking boot, but too stiff!!!!!
Read all the reviews. Sizing is too small but 1 size up is just too big for me. They need 1/2 sizes. Very clunky and stiff making it hard to shift. I worked on trying to soften them for 2 weeks and the backs of my ankles were still sore. if they fit you for the $ great, if not return them right away and buy another boot. These are now a backup pair in my closet. Kept hoping I could make them work. Too bad they looked great.

It's great to see a woman's boot with some shift protection on the toe...my old boots are all worn on the left toe from shifting. These boots are rather heavy and stiff, I guess they'll need some breaking in. Unfortunately, I'm healing a broken ankle, and can't get the new boot on that foot yet due to the swelling, plus it hurts to try to push my foot into that boot because of the stiffness. I'm still wearing my old boots because of this. I did take everyone's advice in previous review and ordered a size up...I can't imagine how I would've gotten a size 7 on!

These boots are absolutely an awesome cost-benefit. For the money and being waterproof and reinforced to shift. There is nothing else out there for $40. The fitting though, could be better. It has a very narrow toe box and it does run small. SO, with if have a wide foot, you might wanna buy a size bigger.

Good boots at a great price..
I have only worn these boots a couple of times, but they seem to be well made. The only concern I've seen is that the laces are already fraying. But that's an easy fix. The fit is more true to size than other reviews made it out to be. I normally wear a 7-7 1/2, so I ordered an 8 to be safe and it's definitely too big. But overall, I'd say they're well worth the price!

Fit and feel good however, when walking in them the inside tongue and stitch area rubbed against my inner ankle causing extreme pain. Problem solved when I used a panty liner folded in thirds to cushion the area. Also applied Vaseline to leather inside to soften. Takes a while to break in - still working on it. Great boot at great price. Thank you

Great Boot for cost
I love riding in these boots although they are very narrow in the front, I am glad I read the reviews before I bought the boot cause I purchased a size bigger and they are still a snug fit around the toes. But all in all its a great riding boot for the money.

The fit was perfect as far as shoe size to my normal size. The only thing I didn't like the first few times of wearing them was how hard it is to get them on. For The PRICE U Can't Beat It!
These boots look like Timberlands. They are sturdy and semi basic. They have a little weight to them but nothing to complain about. These boots have a velvety :) suede finish so keeping them clean would be a job (I’m accepting applications). They also run small so order (1) size larger, trust me you won't be disappointed that you did. Just a Word of Advice, ALWAYS read the reviews from those who have previously made purchases, I'm glad I did.

Compliments for these boots from both instructor and other new riders in a motorcycle class I am taking. I bought my usual size, in black, and yes, the fit is tight when pulling on the boots, but once on, they fit fine with medium weight socks. The quality at this price cannot be beat!

Perfect street boot!!

Great boots for the money!

Great Boot, Weird Fit
It is true that you need to buy these boots big. I bought them a size big and it was still too small. I returned them and after a very long wait received the next size up. They are very tight in the toes, two sizes up! I decided to deal with it because I didn't want to wait another 3 weeks + to get a size that might be too big. Besides the weird fit they are great boots, especially for this price. What a great deal!

The boots hurt. Right above the back of both my feet huge blisters formed (through the socks) becasue the seams are so hard at that spot. They were and continue to be uncomfortable to walk in. They are hard to put on as well. They fit fine once I get my foot in but they the laces are troublesome to deal with. I would not recommend them if you have sensitive feet. Compared to other more pricey boots they seem to be a good value but the savings are rewarded with pain and blisters. Word to the wise: Work the boots by rubbing the with oil and such on the inside to help with the seam. Sandpaper also works. Do this before wearing them and save your feet.

Got these for my wife. 1st pair didn't fit. They run one size too small. Very sturdy and stiff. Requires break-in. No speed laces which makes them slow to put on/take off. Otherwise a great boot and for this price a very good buy.

These boots are high quality but very heavy. I took the advice of the other reviewers and purchased the next larger size so my feet look huge but it's a good suggestion.
