Chance San Luis Obispo,  CA Hot Jacket That Keeps You Cool I like my jackets pretty tight on my body so I order them a size smaller. I'm 5'8, 170lbs and I got a small. The Medium would have worked well also but I figured the small would stretch out of time and use. The nice part about the jacket is that it's inexpensive and versatile. If it's cold outside you can put the liner on and if it's hot you can take the liner off. I wouldn't ride this in the rain without other protection.

Brian Denver,  CO Fieldsheer Corsair Jacket Very comfortable, stylish. Keeps you reasonably warm on cool days. I would suggest warm layers of under clothing to maximize warmth on cold weather.

Patrick Santa Rosa,  CA Corsair Jacket Overall I like this jacket. It fits well and is comfortable while riding. The jacket weighs more than I thought it would (maybe it the armor) but once I'm on the bike it's not an issue. The best feature is the anatomical fit of the sleeves. They're in a perfect riding position. The removable jacket liner is a nice feature I can use alone or with other jackets. The Velcro on the liner zipper flap is a pain because it sticks to the fleece on the inside of the jacket and does not pull off easily.

sean claremore,  OK nice buy Great fit! I'm 5'7 and 135 pounds and the medium is like a glove. I have had it on during 40 deg. nights with the liner in and had no problems. Take the liner out and I did ok on 100+ deg. days till I stopped. The small reflective logo at the neck line is not enough (even less if you have long hair) and the Velcro at the wrists stopped working after a few weeks. I would like to see more reflective spots and maybe something other than black (I do a lot of night ridding) but still a good product.

John Red Hook,  NY Great Buy!!! I bought the Fieldsheer Corsair to wear while riding my first motorcycle. First off, I am disappointed that I waited so long to get a bike. Anyways, I've only used the jacket a few times, and have received many compliments on the styling, it looks great and doesn't look like a clone of every other textile jacket (I think they all look alike). They do run a little small and I had to exchange for the next size larger. I also read a review here regarding the velcro wrist straps falling off, I do see a potential issue there, but as long as you don't yank on them they should be alright. By the way, if you purchase the Fieldsheer riding jeans, follow the laundry instructions on the tag, hang dry them. I might be purchasing a second pair, hint, hint.

Terry Germantown,  MD Corsair Jacket The medium fits perfect for my son: a slim 5'6" 145lb rider with a 37-38" chest. The CE armor is sewn in and does not shift around. The armor is in the elbows, shoulders and back. The jacket has a special strong and breathable exterior material and is very flexible. The jacket comes with a full liner that can be worn as a separate light weight jacket. There are enough zipper openings to allow riding comfortable even during the summer. This is a great jacket! We also have a Joe Rocket Atomic which does not breathe and gets sweaty indoors. I bought the Corsair at a discount at $138...a super bargain! I bought the large size Corsair for me, 5'6" 168lbs, 41 chest.

Mike Lewis Seattle,  WA Fieldsheer Corsair Jacket This is a terrific jacket. Warm enough with the zip-in liner and a good summer jacket without it. Also, it looks great and that material is both tough and somewhat elastic. Only one small quibble: The inside pocket only exists when the liner is in. It leaves when the liner does. Other than that (and that's a pretty small nit) I'd highly recommend this jacket. Can't vouch for my #5 durability rating as I've not had it long enough yet. But it seems well-built and comes with extra snaps.

Martin Marnett Basalt,  CO Fieldsheer Corsair Jacket I am very happy with this jacket. Functions well and looks real sharp, gets a lot of comments, and request"can I try your jacket on" The material is very unique, stretch allows for an outstanding fit, and freedom of movement. Downside, no vents, and the neck opening is a bit large, a t-neck helps in colder weather.
