Greg Hall Sylva,  NC Tourmaster Sonora Air Jacket review As a new rider, this is my second jacket replacing a cheapie. The three layers make this jacket a 4 season and rain jacket. I have ridden in 40 degree weather and been comfy. It does take some time to change the various layers, but well made and well thought out. It is a very bomber jacket compared to my last one (not a Tourmaster). Problems: The rain layer has a zipper and Velcro closure. The bottom of the Velcro doesn't stay closed as it needs a snap. I plan to put one in. The wrist closures are also Velcro, but the strips are too thin, or the Velcro isn't aggressive enough to stay put very well. I may put a snap there too. Other than that, I like the jacket just fine.

Rick Batterton Pocatello,  ID Tour Master Sonora Air Jacket Great jacket, good fit, with lots of great features. Nice and comfortable in 80+ degree weather as well as down in the 40's (with the liner). Good price and fast service. Thanks.

Mike Rome,  GA sonora air jacket. great jacket Very pleased with this so far. Have not tried the rain liner, or used in cold weather. 1200 mile ride in 90 degree weather and comfortable with jacket only. Only caution is sizing. They seem to run a little large. With both liners in the fit seems small, but with the liners out, it is loose. I tried both a large and a XL (normally wear xl). Settled on the XL, because I figure I might even want a heavy shirt in cold weather. It fit fine and did not "balloon" or flap around.

Robert Concord,  CA Sonora Air Jacket Just got back from a 1000 mile ride using the Tour Master Sonora Air Jacket. The jacket's fit and all round performance turned out to be excellent for the conditions that I encountered. I found the jacket to be extremely adaptable for conditions down to 55-60 degrees. I can only speculate that using the liner, and water-proof shell included with the jacket, I could go to lower temps. I highly recommend this jacket, The jacket together with the Tour Master Flex Pants proved to be an excellent equipment package. I can't vouch for the wear factor, but all of the construction seems to be very robust. I'm very very satisfied with my purchase, the equipment met all of my expectations, and then some!

Donald Worcester,  MA Sonora Air Jacket Pros: Jacket does everything it is supposed to, and very well for the price. Cons: Because the mesh layer is the outer shell, it is too baggy when not using the rain and quilted liners. Also the sharp corners of the Velcro cuffs get caught on everything.

Mike Allen,  TX Tour Master - Sonora Air jacket Excellent jacket with a lot of features. The ability to un-zip two layers helps in warmer climates such as Texas. Good airflow through the jacket although it is still heavy due to the armor protection and the back does not breathe as well as it should. Wind and colder protection is fine as you can add the layers back on. A lot of versatility and plenty of pockets for all the stuff you may carry. Overall a great buy and nice jacket. I have the bright yellow which you don't have to worry about being seen. Well made and should last.

John Shaw Albuquerque,  NM Tour Master Sonora Air Jacket I live at an elevation over 6000 ft in an area of NM where it is freezing in the winter, 100 degrees in the summer, humidity is typically 12%, and the sun shines >350 days of the year. Hence, I have 4 motorcycle jackets. You just can't ride in the summer here without a mesh jacket and the Sonora has all the features I wanted - grossly bright hi-viz yellow, removable liner for late spring/early fall rides, lots of pockets, good zippers. A great value!

James Dallas,  OR Nice, but could be better Nice comfortable jacket. Sizing is very generous. I am 6'1" 200 lbs and a LARGE is quite loose on me with the liners out. Protection and armor seems good, and it’s REALLY bright! Biggest gripe is the zip/snap in liners. They are a major PITA to insert and remove, and it doesn't seem to get easier with practice. Service from MSS was awesomely quick.

Jeff Jenkins Sherwood,  AR Sonora Air Jacket Review I've used the jacket for about a month now. The adjustments to the back and arms allow for a perfect fit. With the liner removed, it makes for a very cool ride on even the hottest of days.

Jason Burlington,  NC This is a must buy!!! This is my favorite riding jacket. If you ever wanted an abundance of pockets, nestled with style and protection, this jacket is for you. With your choice of liners (cold weather, rain, or without), the versatility is unsurpassed. Even on the hottest of days, one can ride for hours without breaking a sweat. I have gotten so many compliments on this jacket from other riders and notice a few weeks later, that they have purchased them too. My wife is so jealous of it, that she threatens to sew flowers all over it, so I will finally take it off.

Gerald Burns Des Moines,  WA Air Conditioning In A Coat I was looking for a well ventilated coat for summer wear because even my light weight solid wear gets too warm doing slow speeds and in traffic. This coat is the answer. Removal of both liners using only the mesh outer layer lets air easily pass through, even at stops with a light breeze blowing. The two inner layers allow the coat to be used in wet weather and when the cold settles in adding the quilted liner makes it a true three season coat. It appears well made with lots of pockets. The only question is how well the open weave mesh will hold up over time. Fit appears normal for a given size. Good coat and I would definitely buy it again.

Bill Winnipeg,  MB Great Deal I`m hard to fit but I ordered from the chart and the jacket couldn`t fit better. It`s well designed and versatile enough for almost any type of weather. The price was right and it looks like it should last for years. I`m very happy with this purchase.
