Mike Atlanta,  GA Fantastic cold/wet weather jacket but Teknic's customer service sucks I have had my Freeway jacket for almost a year now and can attest that it is indeed about as impervious as a jacket can get to the elements. My bike has no wind protection but a 70 mph romp down the highway in 16° weather proved the Teknic Freeway to be a warm and comfortable jacket with a nary a bit of cold getting through.

jeff mcwhirter san antonio,  TX texas winter riding I’m 6'2'' 210 and this thing fits great, I ride in freezing rain and everything else all winter and nothing made it through this jacket, my fingers and toes get cold way before my body does, the liner is awesome but take it out if it’s about 50 or you will cook. Plenty of pockets for everything you need. One of the best items I have bought for winter riding hands down. Its big bulky and heavy, but it’s that way for a reason, to keep you warm and it works.

Paul G Taos,  NM Teknic Freeway Jacket Review Overall, I'm very pleased with the jacket. It is very warm when the thermal liner is installed, waterproof in the rain, and has adequate venting in warmer weather while traveling at moderate speeds. In some regions this can serve as an all-weather jacket. It is ever so slightly over-snug when the liner is installed, but not so much that it restricts movement to an extent that I consider unsafe. I used the 2 inches up from chest measurement rule to size it for the online purchase, but that measurement rule is probably better suited for the absence of the liner. The day glow yellow does a great job of increasing conspicuity during the day, but there is not enough scotch-bright reflective material to match that conspicuity for night riding. Near-perfect jacket, if you can live without the leather look.

cb1000 canyon lake,  TX can you see me now? Bought this one last season at the local dealer. 50% off, was the only one but just my size. This jacket has it all. So many pockets you have to take it off to get to them all. (The rather large on the back-side) If you, like me, enjoy riding 300+ miles on the weekend in the cloudy rainy 38 degree dead of Texas winter then this is it. Or loosen up the wrist straps. Unzip the 7+ inch pit vents, the back vent (runs the with of the shoulders) the two large front vents ,take out the astronaut like liner (which turned inside out and snaps under the jacket around the waist) AND STAY COOL!!!! in the spring or fall. This jacket is just what i need.
