great all-around jacket...
This jacket is vented, waterproof, and insulated (zip-out). If I had only found this jacket first, I could have saved myself from buying a rain jacket, a cold weather jacket, and a summer jacket (although for really hot weather, you would do better with lots of mesh. The materials appear to be very good quality, the design is good, and it is put together really well. I can't put into words how impressed I am with this jacket for the price. Very nice.
