Dusty Colorado Springs,  CO Great glove, but runs WAY small Great glove for cool weather and highly recommended. However, beware of size. I measured for a Med on their chart, but normally wear a large in glove due to long (but skinny) fingers. Due to other reviews stating they ran small, I ordered XL. They were still WAY too small (felt like size small), not just in finger length, but were even way too tight to put on, both in palm and fingers. I returned and got size 3XL. Those fit perfect. Highly recommended, but order 2-3 sizes larger than normal.

Edward Ashland City,  TN Fieldsheer Polar Gloves The gloves fit very tight. I always wear a large glove, and these larges fit like a medium. I would recommend getting the next larger size. They did stretch out a bit, but are still a bit tight. They are good down to about 36 degrees, but my hands get cold below that. I think they would be good for a few more degrees if they fit properly. The gauntlets fit nicely over my jacket, and the lining is very soft. Leather is nice too.

Johnny Loganville,  GA My Opinion Gentlemen, whatever your measurement, you may need to go 3 more sizes larger when using the Fieldsheer sizing chart - *Very tight*. (I measured large and need 2x) Good looking glove though..

Gary Waco,  TX If you like a 3xl In other maker's gloves - forget about these. Like trying to squeeze into a large. Unwearable.

Chuck g Forsyth,  GA Fieldsheer - Polar Gloves Size chart worked well for me. Fairly warm for 13 mile ride at 38 degrees. Gauntlets fit nice over sleeves of leather jacket to seal out cold air. Have only used 6 times so I can’t verify durability.

Dale Hutchinson,  KS Nice gloves They seem a little pricey (I'm kind of cheap). Based on reviews I'd read, I bought a size larger. I've only had them a short time, but they seem to be pretty good gloves. They were stiff initially, but are becoming more pliable the longer I wear them. In 30 degree temps, they're not quite as warm as I'd hoped, but still did a good job. I might add wind deflectors to my bike or a liner for the gloves.

Dan Pottsville,  PA A little stiff I can tell these gloves are very well made, and for the deal I got, they are worth it. Have kept me warm so far this Fall, with temps as low as low 40's. My only complaint is the gloves are a lot more bulky and stiff than my summer gloves. I am hoping a little time will soften them, especially in the fingers. Order a size up from normal.

Alonzo Woodbridge,  NJ Well made glove but not great for cold weather I bought these gloves to weather thru winter temperatures in NJ. I have been using them for approx. 3 weeks. These gloves are comfortable, offer good hand mobility and have great knuckle protection. However, depending on your commuting time and driving speed, once the temperature dips below 45 degrees you know it. I travel approx 50 minutes each way for work (mostly highway speeds) but after 15 minutes my hands get cold. I would recommend getting these gloves in a larger size and using a quality glove lining underneath for better cold weather protection.

Fred Crown Point,  IN Great glove I had to order 3 pairs to finally get the size right. I measured a large but ended up getting a 2X. The fit is really good. They are good to the mid 30's - I do get a little wind protection for my hands on my bike so they may not be so good on others. They stayed dry until I got stuck in traffic in the rain for about 4 hours. They quickly dried out and stayed flexible. I did find that it takes a little effort to get them on once your hands are a little wet.

Kevin Graysla,  IL It's tight in there! The gloves fit quite a bit smaller than anticipated. Fingers were the correct length, but width of the hand itself was quite tight. I had to wear them for about half a day to just stretch them out enough to be comfortable. Very warm, my hands don't sweat normally, but they do at room temperature after a few minutes with these on. They block the wind quite well. Waterproofing is a plus, my first pair of non-winter gloves had gone crunchy after a couple rains. Only problem was the fit. Width was a bit thin, spacing of armor is good. There's a misalignment in the chunk of rubber/leather/whatever on the pinky of the left hand, but it doesn't affect flexion.

Fred Klamath Falls,  OR Good gloves for price I usually wear size large in motorcycle gloves so that is the size of Polar Gloves I ordered. I usually like my motorcycle gloves on the tight side because I think they are more apt to stay on in a crash. These fit true to size, tight, perhaps I should have gone for a looser fit for winter gloves, I think they would be warmer. These don't have the finish of the expensive gloves, for example the padding and armor on mine are located slightly differently in left vs right, but it doesn't affect functionality at all. Overall the design is good, armor is correctly located, retention straps work well, and they are warm without too much bulk. The gauntlet is adequate size and padded. I would say they are good down to around 40 degrees. Hard to beat them for the price.

Patrick Simpsonville,  SC Fieldsheer Polar Gloves I own the Fieldsheer Highway gloves in medium so I ordered these Polars in medium as well. The finger length is good but they are very tight around the palms and fingers. I did not want to trade them for a large size because I did not want longer fingers. Seems to me that the same size of different models of the same brand should fit the same but this was not the case. I am hoping that they will stretch out but right now the tight fit kills the ability to insulate properly.

CJ APO,  AP Nice glove overall, but... This is a pretty decent glove up to 30 degrees. Anything colder than that, I can get about 20 minutes of riding before fingers go numb. The fit was kind of tight at first, but after about a week of use, it loosened up nicely. It does an excellent job of keeping the wind out of the sleeves, and has nice padding around the palms. My only issue with this glove is the durability. After only about a month of use, stitching tore on the flaps as I pulled it off the velcro. It was a surprise since I didn't think I pulled it that hard. It may have been an anomaly, but upon inspecting the glove, there is only single stitching on the flaps. This is an obvious weak point on otherwise well-made glove.

Jimmy C Susanville,  CA Fieldsheer - Polar Gloves Wore the gloves for the first time in 26 degree weather on my KLR 650. My fingers stayed warm, but my thumbs started stinging after about 20 minutes. Rode yesterday in 40 degree weather and the thumbs got cold. They are a tight fit, so consider a larger size.

Wendy Quitman,  MS Warm gloves I purchased these gloves for cool weather riding and I am satisfied with their performance so far. On a trip through the Smokies with temps around 50 they kept my hands warm and dry. I often ride my Ninja to work (a 25 mile trip one way) in temps near 40 and my hands stay comfortably warm. My only complaint is they are a little big on me - I have small hands and probably should have gotten the X-Small size. These are good gloves for the price.

Paul Rosal Drexel Hill,  PA Good cold-weather gloves I love these gloves for the cold, but not too cold. It's good down to about 36, below that it's definitely uncomfortable. Glove fits well (no sliding around like other insulated gloves I've owned). I like the armoring. And from appearance, the glove looks well made.

Greg Los Angeles,  CA If you don't want heated gloves... These may be the next best thing. Kept my hands warm at 70mph down to about 45 degrees. Below that, my fingers started to get cold. At 30-degrees, I could no longer feel them. Positives: one of the few armored winter gloves; lots of reflective material; long gauntlet to keep wind out of your sleeves; lots of velcro to cinch them down with. Soaked a finger in a glass of water for 15 minutes - no leakage. I wish it had one of those shield wipers on the thumb. Other than that, they're great.

Marshall Mullins Seatle,  WA Goat Skin This glove was an early winter life saver. It has great protection, visibility, and goat skin. Feels great from the start, very warm lining. Only problem is the glove part is too long and the gauntlet is too short, but it tightens down nice. Only chilly part was the thin lined transition between the glove and gauntlet.

Eric D New York,  NY nice gloves Good fit, warm, nice details like textured pads to provide good grip, long ends cinch up nicely with two velcro straps to provide weather seal against jacket sleeve. I’m very happy with them.
