John North Readng,  MA Nice but... I liked the feel and material of these gloves a lot! But they failed the first time I used them when the finger stitching came apart. Poor quality.

Nate Bruce Islamorada,  FL So nice... I bought em twice. So I accidently ordered 2 of these and was gonna send the extra pair back but, I liked the gloves so much I kept the other pair as a back up. Anyways, they fit awesome. As far as protection...ehhh. Hard to say. They are a little thin but then again that's why I bought them. Not too much padding but they are still a very comfortable glove.

Jay San Fernando Valley,  CA Lack of protection I returned my Mojave 2.0 gloves because they offer little more protection than a layer of skin. Also, they didn't fit me well, but I find that I have an unusual hand so it's no problem with the gloves. They seemed manufactured well enough, but I guess from the picture I assumed there was knuckle and palm protection. My fault, because I checked the description again. There is nothing but the thinnest layer of leather to protect knuckles from even the mildest whack, let alone asphalt abrasion. The palm "padding" is a euphemism. It's not very tough and the term padding implies there's some type of cushioning, which there is not. I guess if you ride a very light scooter or moped, I might consider these sufficient for summer gloves since they are perforated. I was looking for summer gloves I could wear for commuting and touring, but these don't provide what I think would be minimum levels of protection out on the road.

Bob Reak Dayton,  NV Firstgear - Mojave Gloves These gloves fit great and with the perforated leather and fabric between the fingers, they should be cool enough for hot summer wear. The sizing appears right on. They just feel great on. They cost more than some of the similar gloves, but they are worth it.

Scott B Thornton,  CO Good warm weather glove I've had these about a month and used them for both daily commuting and weekend adventure touring. I'm quite happy with the gloves - great for warm temps 50 F and above - well vented, very comfortable, nice feel. I had one problem. The pair I got were not finished well (maybe a design issue). On the inside of the glove, at the wrist Velcro closure, the backing of the sewn-in Velcro had VERY rough edges. These scratched and cut my hands when the gloves were being put on and taken off.

Sport Tourer Seattle,  WA FG Mojave Gloves Pretty good gloves for warm weather riding. Not much protection but hey -- that's the tradeoff for not baking in the heat. After a full day of riding some of the black dye leached onto my hands but I think that's the case with all non-lined black leather gloves.

Sam York,  NE Decent Gloves Gel pad in palm was not as large as I expected. Right hand still goes numb after riding for a while. Otherwise comfortable and good fit.
