Ed Raleigh,  NC Nice boot, Nice price Fit- I wear a 9.5, I ordered a 9 and its just a little loose. Comfortable when walking short distance. Look- Boots look good with pants or jeans.Safety- Re-enforced ankles and think leather. Seem to be durable. Functionality- Sole is thin, but has lots of grip when stopped on the bike. Left foot has a spot for to keep your shifter from wearing the boot. Overall- Very nice.

Derek Broken Arrow,  OK Good for riding, not walking I bought these for riding in all weather. I did not buy them for walking. However, on club rides sometimes we walk if we sightsee, etc. These boots are not for walking. They are killer after a few minutes in them. Other than that, they are fine.

GT Keene,  NH Tour Master Response SC Road Boot These boots were really stiff when new but after breaking them in around the house, they seem to fit well - ordered my usual size - and are pretty comfortable and seem well made. So far they have kept me dry but I haven't had them on when it is really wet since I have only ridden with them for less than a month now. The laces are somewhat of a nuisance since my old boots were secured with zippers and velcro - very quick and convenient.

Jonathonsdaddy Anaslime in The So. Cal.,  CA These boots are AWESOME !!!! After I got these boots I put on a Thick Coating of Leather conditioner on them and walked around outside. It was warm outside so I broke them in much faster than normal, I had a ride planned the next day!! They are very comfortable and the only thing I noticed was the shifter guard on my left boot was not back far enough. This made a small wear area in that spot on the top of the Boot. I wear a size 48, so this would not be a problem with a smaller boot size. I also ride a sport bike so the shifter area is a little tight compared to a cruiser type bike. I don’t think you could find a better boot for 120 dollars!!

Bob Jurs Huron,  OH Tour Master-Response SC Road Boots They fit well. I wear an 11 & that’s what they are. They are made of leather and for the price represent good value. The heel and sole have a lot of grip when new but due to the tread design, will probably wear quickly. I don't like the laces under the front leather/velcro cover. It takes longer to get in & out.

Martin Sacramento,  CA Work well enough, just don't last long enough As the title indicates, these boots for me worked fine. The fit was good, true to size, kept the water out, and as long as you wore long socks (short socks would cause the boot to rub my skin a little rough) they're pretty darn comfy. The only problem is that the treads are already starting to go out. I've had these for about two years, but I've only worn them in the fall/winter seasons and didn't do too much walking around in them. Both boots have treads gone where they most count, the heel and close to your toes (can't remember the name of the part of the foot, but yeah.) I suppose you get what you pay for, but I gladly would've spent an extra fifty bucks on waterproof boots that last longer.

Pat Monument,  CO Nice boots I purchased these boots for both myself and my husband. Love the low top on them as they are easier to put on; like the Velcro flap over the laces; and they are really warm. We wore them for the first time on a 5 day ride that started on in weather around 45 degrees. My feet were warm with just regular thick sock, also kept my ankles warm. Boots are comfortable to walk in, run a little wide. My husband's shoes are double wide but these fit him fine. The only problem we had was on my husband's one boot. Looks like the sewing didn't quite seal the seam and it came apart on the second day (about 1/2 inch of the seam split). We will take them to a boot shop for repair. Great boots for a very reasonable price.

Jason Cavalier,  ND Great Riding Boots I love these boots. Waterproof, yet my feet didn't get too hot riding in 80 - 90 degree weather. Comfortable and affordable. Material seems pretty durable. Provides good protection. Just did a 3900 mile trip and they're holding up good. Notch in the back makes it easy to drop toe for shifting. Only negative I could come up with would be stringing up the shoe laces as it is quite difficult. Also, spend plenty of time breaking them in before taking any long trips. Afterwards they fit wonderfully.

Peyman San Francisco,  CA Great Boots I bought these and another pair of boots and these are far better. Nice leather look, nothing too flashy and great quality. Fits really nice and I tend to have a little wider foot. Only thing to ding on is the laces started scratching the leather when they were velcro'd down and sticking out a tiny bit, got to make sure the laces don’t stick farther out than where the velcro part is.

bd San Antonio,  TX good boot! Although a little warm in the hot weather, this boot is a wonderful addition to my motorcycle wardrobe. The Velcro lace covers keep water out and they are comfortable enough to wear all day long. Fit was perfect without toe bunching or any other issues. Recommend if you are not looking for a hot weather daily wear.

Charles Beauchamp APO AP,  AP Excellent Boots This is my second pair and they fit my size 12 foot well. Receive favorable comments from fellow Korean riders about nice appearance. Bottoms are soft enough for walking, but tend to wear a litter quicker, of course, than a harder material. I use insoles since my foot is relatively narrow. Highly recommend this Tour Master boot to all looking for a reasonably priced boot that is ideal for general use.

Jim Miller Upland,  CA Great Boots I recently purchased a Super Cruiser after a couple year break from selling my Sport Touring bike. I had sold my old gear and needed new boots. I bought a pair of ankle high cruiser boots. They were reasonably comfortable, but the souls were so thick that it was difficult to get my toe under the shifter and made up shifts a real chore. I knew right away that I needed something more suitable. I researched all the various riding boots and came across these Tour Masters. Other reviews stated that they were a good boot, so I ordered them. The bottom line is that they are perfect... Comfortable, functional, great looking, good value and I am more than happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend these boots for any street rider!

Ivan NY,  NY Good boot I liked this pair of boots. The only thing I can say is that it does run big. I usually wear 8.5 on boots and 9 in sneakers. I ordered a 9 and it was too big... the 8 fitted perfectly. One of my favorite features is the protection around your ankle and the front cover. It will keep your laces from coming off and hitting your brake or shifter. Great boots for the price!!!

Gordon Brown Wichita,  KS Tour Master Response Boots I bought these for a 2800 mile trip to Yellowstone, mostly for rain protection. We got rained on and stayed dry. They broke in easy with just one small blister on my heel. Fit well and are comfortable to walk in. I noticed that the tread is already wearing down on the heel from walking on the concrete. Good looking boot, I like 'um.

Anand Sunnyvale,  CA Excellent value for money I mainly bought these for the price point, and the other reviews - I haven't been disappointed! Pros- - Excellent value for money! - Comfortable. I can walk around for hours at work in these - Good fit, once you get the sizing right. I'm a 10 which turned out to be too big. 9 fit - Doesn't get uncomfortably warm. Overall, I highly recommend.

Eric Somerville,  MA Decent. These boots fit well, but durability is lacking. I had these boots for ~1 year and have done 3 long tours in them (9 weeks total.)Very comfortable and not too hot. They are not waterproof; I spent a day in heavy rain on the Gaspe Pennisula, Quebec (140 miles) and in Germany(300 kilometers) and my feet were soaked by the end of the day. The rubber sole began detaching from the boot upper, and after 1 year the soles had completely worn through. I liked the fit and features, but expect the boot to hold up better.

Tommy Athens,  GA Best boots out there I spent a long time trying to find good sturdy boots, for a reasonable price. Needless to say these are the only ones I found that don't look terrible, and provide what riders need. They have a nice finish, and reinforced ankle support. I was worried at first about breaking them in, but after a few days use, these are my new favorite boots. They're extremely waterproof and leave enough room to maneuver your gears and brake. The thing that amazed me the most was the ability of the tread to grip the road, without having to stutter step. These boots get the job done.

Ben Lovell York,  ME still young in its life but.... I've had these boots for only a month or so, but the early results are great. JJ Seattle,  WA Great first boot I can't speak to durability, since I have only had the boots for less than a month. I bought these as my first boots and took the MSF course in them. It was pouring rain during the course and my feet stayed dry. They've broken in nicely and the large strap keeps my laces from becoming dangerous. Can't beat these for cost/benefit.

Todd Richboro,  PA You get what you pay for; review from a sport bike rider Although I've only had these boots for only a month, they seem to be of good quality for their purpose. They are not as comfortable as I thought they would be, but maybe they will be in time. My shins become irritated and sore from the lack of padding on the top portion of the boot, but other than that, they're not that bad. My feet feel well protected with the ankle protection and Velcro strap that overlaps and keeps the laces from wanting to get caught in the drive chain (It feels good to not have to worry about that anymore). And they're pretty cool-looking too.

Jared Halifax,  NS Comfortable Boot! I had this boot for about 2 weeks now. Fit like a glove since day one. No break in at all. I have a wide foot and these are great. One thing to note. Depending on the shoe I am a 9 or 9.5. I needed a size 10 in these which is a little loose with casual socks but fit great with a good pair of thick socks.

Hailas Springfield,  OR tour master boots Go try these on before you buy them. I noticed someone said they have wide feet but my feet are wide and these boots sure don't fit. The shape of the boot is long and narrow ( I have verified this by trying on different sizes in the store.) Even in a half size smaller then my normal shoe size the boot is longer than my foot by an inch. If the width/length ratio was a little more even these would be awesome boots for me- great style and built tough

Art Grantz Manchester,  PA I don't like to give a bad review, but.... I have had 2 pairs of the Solution boots that are very comfy and fit well, this boot is essentially a shorter version of that boot. This boot caused a bleeding sore on my right ankle. I wore it for a half day ride. It felt sore after a short time. When I got home there was an open sore on my ankle. There is a stitched seam at the bottom of the ankle cup. The cup was too high for my ankle so the edge of the cup and the seam rubbed against my ankle for the entire ride. I don't know if I will be able to break them in so that they are wearable.

Matthew Yorktown Heights,  NY Great Boot for The Money Bought these as my first boot. Very good finish and styling....excellent quality leather and seams. Good hard protection around the ankles and really nice velcro flaps that keep the laces completely covered. Only downsized is the fit...I usually run a 9.5-10.0 and the 10 is a bit long for me, wished they fit just a little more snug. But overall a great boot at a great price.

Jblanton Orlando,  FL Fantastic for the daily rider/commuter I bought these boots knowing that I would need something that I could ride to work/school in, walk far distances around campus, and end the day without sore feet. These boots are by far the most comfortable boots I've used. Break-in period was very brief (for me only a couple of days riding and there were good to go) and they provide an excellent feel of shifting tension. Obviously you don't get sliders or any of the fancy additions, but these boots aren't really meant for that kind of intensity. Rest assured, however, that they will protect you in a crash; I low-sided on the side of a road (ran wide into a large dirt-covered area) and I walked away without any injuries at all due to my Icon TiMax jacket, my Cortech leather gloves, my EXO-400 helmet and these boots. The only negative thing I can really say is that the soles will wear down very fast since they are soft, but even after two years of use mine are still good for another couple of months. A great investment if you need a protective daily-ride boot that won't leave you in pain and doesn't look like a SPIDI spaceship. NOTE: I also have wider than average feet, and this boot fits great in my size, 12.

Dawn Placerville,  CA Tour Master Response SC Road Boots are great Have only had these boots since Xmas, so only had one ride due to poor weather, but really love them. They are comfy, look good and feel great. A bit early to rate the durability, but like the reinforced ankle, etc, plus the toe protection for shifting. Also, safety features like no laces to get entangled are nice. These boots are not real high provide so makes it easy to get toe under shift lever. My husband thanks you.

P Rao Houston,  TX Satisfied Have had them about a month now; wear them every day in my commute to work and back. Fits well, ran true to size for me, very good grip in the sole and very sturdy. On my cruiser, to get my toes on the rear brake, I have to slant my foot up - this causes the top front of the boot to dig a bit into my ankle - not a big issue, just noticeable especially in slow traffic when you have your foot on the brake constantly. Note that the laces need to tied every time, and to get your foot in, you have loosen them up considerably - once I figured it out, it does not take time. Have not ridden in wet weather yet. Overall, am satisfied (it is my first motorcycle boot).

Harry Kwan San Francisco,  CA They are just ok. I bought size 8 and they are fine even though I'm 8.5 in normal shoes. So be aware for sizing. In general, I bought these hoping they would look good enough to wear as normal shoes. They aren't. But if you don't have that expectation in mind, they serve their purpose fine as a low cost riding boot. Strong ankle skid protection under the leather, solid feeling toe cap, decent under sole grip, a flap to cover the laces (but velcro tends to stick to laces; a minor annoyance) They also are fairly stiff if you're expecting a boot you can just wear off the bike. Again, it's fine as a low cost riding boot. Not as an off the bike boot. Leather and build quality is what you would expect for the price; it's doesn't impress, it meets expectation. Stiff leather and boot structure. The stiffness is something for me to get used to because it gives me less shifter feel and brake feel. But I have worn expensive SIDI racing boots and they are the same. You pay the price of feel for protection. .

So far the boots are holding-up just fine, but I've only had them a month or so. We'll see later about the durability. The big velcro flap works very well and the soles are great on the streets. Would I buy another pair? You bet, but I would get the full boot instead of the 3/4 boot.

Jack Norfolk,  VA Very Nice boot I bought these because I like a low cut boot and I like exceptional protection for my feet and ankles. They are tough to break in but they are getting better all of the time and I can tell that by another 2-3 days they are going to be very comfortable (small price to pay). Great safety features especially the cover for the laces. They look great with both jeans and riding pants. Pant legs almost never get hung up on top. They are made slightly large but it is only just enough to allow for some heavy socks in cold weather. They still fit fine even with thinner socks in the summer. I actually think that this was a well thought out feature. Overall these are a great value. Tourmaster/Cortech products always exceed my expectations. More and more I go directly to this brand because I am always satisfied with the quality and value.

The uppers are great, quality leather, easy lacing, a large adjustable velcro patch that holds the lacing, and waterproof construction. But....the soles wear far too quickly. I've only had these a month, and haven't used them for walking, only for riding, and the left sole is already starting to wear smooth. I emailed TourMaster and was told they are NOT able to be resoled. It's a waste, the uppers could last for years, but you will be lucky to get a single season of riding out of the soles. It's very sad that they could have blown making something as easy as a durable or replicable sole.

Mike Cannon Cary,  NC Great, comfortable boots for casual rides and even round the office ! Bought these for the days when I wanted the safety of a pair of motorcycle boots but without the discomfort of clumping around in full length boots. These are very well designed, I have wide feet but these fit well and look great.Very comfortable for on and off the bike - almost like wearing Timberland boots.

Dave Whitewater,  WI Good Boots Boots fit a bit large but are perfect for a wide foot. I got caught in a couple of down pours and they kept my feet dry. Michael Houston,  TX 500 miles in 90F+ I have never purchased footwear over the Internet, but these fit perfectly (bought 10, normally wear 10.5) and are the most comfortable riding boots. They are nice enough that I can wear them in the office as well, so I don't have to carry additional shoes. Soles are very stiff when new, which for me made down-shifting ambiguous, but it reduces vibration through the foot pegs. I don't even bother with the laces as the very large velcro tab keeps the boots securely on my feet. Tempted to buy another pair and store them in case they discontinue this model.

Lorne Grady Springfield,  IL An excellent compromise street boot These boots work well for what they are intended as: an everyday street boot but with adequate protection. The coating on the leather (to make it waterproof) gives the boots a plastic leather type sheen until the boots are actually worn and broke in a bit. They are a bit stiff until actually broke in. Fit is good for two reasons: the boots have laces and the velcro enclosure to cover up the laces both work great to customize the fit to your unique foot size. they fit pretty much true to your normal shoe size. I usually wear a size 13 tennis shoe and I went with a size 13 in these and they fit great.

Jason Collins Knoxville,  TN so far so good Right now they are hot , but they are not uncomfortably hot I live in East Tenn. and it's hot right now but I bought the boot for fall and winter riding with them being water proof and taller will help keep the wind and water out, I hope. But as a new pair of boot goes they have suitable mobility and make me feel safer. It’s hard to beat the price for wind and water repellency.

Mona Clayton,  NC Too Hard! I always wear men's shoes and boots due to the width of my foot. These boots fit alright for the most part, but one boot was mashing on the top of my toes. The leather is so hard that I could not feel my foot through it, anywhere. With the boots off, I tried to bend the sole - it didn't budge. Not even with both hands under the front and the heel on the floor. Not what I want trying to shift gears. I'm returning these.

XB12Xmike Marlton,  NJ Great shoe I bought these from my local BMW dealer... in Feb. it was cold so I wanted room for 2 pairs of socks... I wear size 11.5 to 12, size 11 fit but was too snug so I went with 12's.. Very comfortable boot. But now I HAVE to use 2 pairs of socks which is a slight PITA and gets a tad warm but not too bad so far (in 85 deg). These can be worn all day...but maybe not every day. I rode in a rainstorm, down to 17 deg with a -3 wind chill, and up to 85 degs far, great comfortable boot for all but the hottest days.

Victor Simons Ladner,  BC Tour Master- Response SC Road Boots Very comfortable. They seem to be an "E" width fit. True sized. Outstanding value in my opinion. Great bang-for-the-buck! Vertical lace loops fascilitate cinching up. A good pull on the laces, and done! The only criticism I can level thusfar is the pull-loop on the back is sized more for a MUCH smaller hand than mine. I suppose that I could employ a pull-hook to ease them on, but why? A larger loop would be a worthwhile improvement.

Studdard Mobile,  AL OK at best for me. A very stiff shoe. Even after walking around in them for days. They improved a bit but will probably take a lot more breaking in before I'll ride in them. They are so stiff that I had difficulty feeling how much pressure I was applying to the foot brake. For now I'm wearing them around to see if they continue to get better. Also, they fit a bit looser than expected by at least a half size. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this shoe except to those looking for a very stiff shoe. John Pismo Beach,  CA Response SC Road Boot The sizing runs on the small size. A size 12 is my usual size, but these boots were too tight and small. The boots were also too stiff. Kind of like ski boots. I like a more flexible boot. I returned them to Motorcycle Superstore for a credit.

Charles Beauchamp APO,  AP Tour Master SC Boots Great boot for the price. I wear a size 12 and the 12 fits perfectly. I have a relatively narrow foot so I added inserts which made the boot fit better. As has been stated in other reviews the boots are just a little stiff the first time you wear them, but they loosen up nicely. I find them comfortable to walk in and like the reflective spot on the heel, shift pad, and laces covering. If you have ever caught a boot lace in a sifter lever or brake pedal you will never forget the sheer terror is causes you. The weather is cooling a little now so can't comment on warm weather use.

gary Annapolis,  MD How to make a good boot better 1. rub saddle soap into the boot (make the saddle soap a little on the wet side so it absorbs into the leather rather than sits on top). 2. treat boot with mink oil (waterproofs and softens leather so the boot easily flexes with your foot). 3. throw away the inserts and try "Life Fitness" brand Sport-Link Extreme replacement insoles (CVS - $12). Provides cushion and support, makes the boot feel cooler w/ better fit. End result: a very good, comfy, lightweight and protective riding boot.

Martin Sacramento,  CA Nice pair of fall/winter/spring boots. Why just fall through spring? Well even though I haven't tested them in summer yet, they do look like they won't let your feet breathe much, but that's okay because these are great boots. The reinforced toe on the left foot boot really works and helps so I don't strain my ankle much if at all. The fit is true to size, and they're pretty comfortable to walk around in. You may want to give it a couple weeks to break in, as the tongue covering your shin is a little stiff at first. One thing I suggest you do, if you don't already, is wear long socks instead of ankle socks. The boots tend to pinch your ankles after breaking them in. In summary, if you're looking for a good pair of boots that'll last, buy these.

Merle Schneblin Grass Valley,  CA Great Tourmaster boot As with others, I bought the boot in a size smaller than my usual size and they fit great, even with one foot longer and narrower than the other. They loosened up a lot just by walking around in the store in them for about 15 minutes. The laces tucked under the over flap are a little bulky but does not seem to interfere with the comfort. Well made at a real good price.

Stan San Diego,  HI Response Boots Pretty decent boots for the price. I was looking to replace some ancient British road boots, and these were the closest match. Some minor gripes: The little pull loops snag my cuffs sometimes, so I snipped them off. The laces and wraparound cover flap add bulk that makes ankle movement a bit stiff when braking and shifting, but I keep scrunching the leather to soften this area. In time they'll be fine. I bought these in lieu of taller boots to suit the warmer weather in my area. I like the
