Andrew Epstein Garwood,  NJ Absolutely Crap They look nice once you take the silvery thing off the laces. Tongue design is terrible. The seam presses into the top of your foot. The hard edges are directly on your foot. After a few hours, I actually had a bruise. Further, the tongue is not connected except at the bottom, which allows the tongue to flop to either side as you're walking. After wearing these for only a few hours, I had to go to CVS and buy some Dr. Scholl's cushion inserts. These boots are amazingly uncomfortable. I am actually amazed at how uncomfortable they are. I don't know what boots to tell you to buy. I'm still trying to find a great pair myself. But I can tell you these are NOT it. My bike is my primary vehicle, and I ride every day. Maybe these are good for weekend warriors, but if you do any serious riding, look elsewhere.

greg council bluffs,  IA satisfied I was very leery of ordering online because sizes are only a guideline these days. I used the online help to check on how these boots fit and was correctly advised to order a half size up from my regular size. The only issue is that these boots do run a little wide. Not enough to return them but they take a little getting used to. Over all I like them and would recommend them to anyone with an average to wide foot. I haven’t had them long enough to attest to durability but the construction and appearance are quality.

I said, if you’re going to get me boots I can save you a lot of money. I had these boots bookmarked for a while. The shipment was quick, and the boots are great. No break-in period needed, they felt great the very first time I wore them. I have gone on all day trips and after a long day, they feel great. And saved (my wife) a ton of money.

David Hillsboro,  OR Love these boots! I picked up a pair of these boots a couple of months ago and just love them. I tried on many styles of boots from such brands as HD, Tour Master, and Icon and when I started trying on the River Road boots, I knew right away that this was the brand I was going to buy. They seem to run a little wider than other brands (which was a big plus for me), and the overall fit and comfort are exceptional. They are very rugged. I couldn't decide between the Interstate, Highway, or Field boot, but in the end I decided I wanted the extra height of the uppers. Highly recommended.
