Nice Overall, couple of thoughts
These boots are good looking, seem durable and are pretty comfortable. They are however WAY OVER-SIZED! I read everyone's reviews and purchased them a whole size small and they were STILL a little big. Get a full size not half a size small. Lastly the lace hooks that don't go up to the top work fine, boots come off and one really easy, but when there's one hole above them they should be called "slow hooks".

Very pleased
Great boots, very comfortable. They have just the right amount of stiffness (especially in the toe) and cushion.
As far as sizing goes, I typically wear anything from a 9-11 (depending on the brand). I ordered a 9.5 and they are perfect.

Buy these boots
I usually wear a 10 and ordered a 9.5--perfect fit. In spite of the weight these are really comfortable boots. I frequently wear the all day without discomfort.
I can see where the toe height might be a problem on a sport bike or a small cruiser, but this style of boot seems better suited to a bigger bike where you have a bit more room under the shifter and maybe even a heel up-shifter.
They do really well in wet conditions, but the cloth tongue means your feet get wet unless you wear chaps or rain pants to the bottom of the laces.
I saw one review that complained of the toe getting scuffed shifting. A quick application of a liquid scuff cover (the kind that comes in a small plastic bottle with a sponge applicator on top) works beautifully.

Order a size smaller!
Great boots, but they certainly run big. I ordered a full size smaller, but could have gone a size and a half down from all of my other shoes. I wear a heavy sock with the boots, so the fit is fine at minus 1 size, but if I wore these with thin dress socks on my way to work, they'd be a half size big. Very comfortable, stylish and sturdy. Great product for the money. A good buy for sure, assuming you manage to guess your size correctly.

These boots are fantastic!!!!
I don't usually buy something that I can't try on over the internet but having dealt with Motorcycle Superstore before I was willing to give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did. They arrived late on Thursday evening. I wore them around and was amazed how comfortable they were right out of the box. The next day I rode 300 miles to Vermont with them on and still great comfort. Rode another 600 miles over the weekend including the ride home and I love them. Like most folks have posted order a 1/2 smaller than your normal shoe. You won't be disappointed.

Great Boot
This boot has been great with both my cruiser and sport bike. I followed the advice of previous posters and ordered a half size smaller and it worked out perfect. Break-in period is nominal and the boot is comfortable enough for all day wear.

Great pair of boots
I spent a few months looking for the right pair of boots for riding long distances. I am very happy with these boots. They do run a little bit big, so getting a pair a half size smaller was a great choice. I highly recommend these boots for the money.

Great Boot
I put these boots on right out of the box and wore them all day long. Great fit and feel. I sized them down a half size then my regular and I am pleased as can be. Great boot for the price. You won’t regret the purchase.

Not bad!

Decent boots...
Nice boots. Comfortable and fit well under the shift lever, they seem like a lot of value for their price. The fit is a little loose in the ankle but I think that may be just the way I'm built. Left boot scuffed a lot by up-shifting but that may just be the nature of the beast. (I'm a novice rider).

awesome boots
I love these boots they do run a bit big I read a lot of reviews on here and decided to go with them did order a size smaller than my normal shoe size they are a tiny bit big still but the next half size down was back ordered so I decided to keep them..Glad I did I love them they look awesome and fit fine.

I bought these boots specifically because I have had multiple Achilles tendon injuries and wanted something that not only looked good but put my mind at ease if I was to lay my bike down. These boots surpass any and all expectations that I had. Not only do they look great and feel durable but they give me the support I need. I may buy another pair just to wear for the winter. If you buy these you will not regret it!

River road cross buckle boots
These boots are very comfortable. I read the reviews on the site prior to purchasing them. The reviews were accurate. Great boot for the money. I normally wear a 12 but purchased the 11's and they fit perfect. After riding, I forget to take them off because of their comfort.

Crossroads buckle boots worth every penny
They run a tad big. I ordered a half size smaller and they fit like a glove. Very comfortable. Toe is a little thick which made shifting slightly harder, but once they break in for a few days they work great. They required hardly any break in. Seriously, I wear them at work so they're on my feet for 10 to 12 hours a day and they are much more comfortable than my regular work boots ever were. Great boots, great price, great service. Nuff said. I'll be back!

Exactly what I wanted. Love these boots.
I got these boots as a replacement after first ordering some Joe Rocket boots that I returned (Moonboots...they were huge!). These boots look and fit great. They started slightly stiff but loosened up easily. Some commented that they are sized a little off. I normally wear a 10 1/2 to an 11. I ordered these in a 10 and they fit perfectly. The bottoms of these are great as well. They DO NOT slip on any surface I have found. The only thing that detracts from the design is the eyelet at the top. As a previous review stated, they should have used a speed lace at the top as well. Not a deal breaker though. I recommend these boot and will buy them again myself.

Nice boots
Boots fit great and feel great. Thought they'd be stiff but right out of the box they were comfortable. I wear them all day nearly everyday. Only reason I gave a 4 on features is above the speed lace eyelets is another regular set of eyelets. Speed lacing should go all the way to the top. Also the buckle can be a pain if you plan on putting them on and taking them off a lot.

River Road Crossroad Boots
These boots are great! They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. A little heavy, but durable! Great for riding, great style. Would like to see a side zipper option, but if not, I'd still buy them again! Would also like to see a higher shaft. Excellent choice!

My River Road Crossroads
I've looked for a couple of years now to find a boot that looked good and was also durable. Fit was the major concern...I tried a couple of boots that were more expensive, and a pair that were cheaper. Neither was as comfortable nor as durable as the crossroads. They run slightly large. They are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn and so far have been very rugged and durable. I will buy again.

Almost Perfect Boots
I have worn these a couple of time on my cruiser now. I love the fit and finish of the boots. Only downfall in my opinion is the “height” of the front of the boots - it's very hard to get the boots under the shift lever. If there were just a little flatter, it would be much better. Otherwise 5 stars.

River Road Crossroads Buckle Boots
My husband and I both own a pair. I love the feel of the boots and they look sharp with jeans. They keep traction well when riding my motorcycle. I’ve already scuffed the top of one boot. I just used some water and you really can’t tell I scuffed them. They are warm for cold riding, comfortable around the ankles, and I like having the buckle on top to tuck away my shoe strings. I absolutely love these boots.
