I love these boots. They fit and feel great. They've got lots of protection. Easy to get on and off-especially for boots, with velcro and adjustable snap latch. They look great when riding and can pass as regular shoes when you get where you're going. So far, very impressed, and have recommended to friends.

A good buy
These boots are a good fit. I wear them for my motorcycle and for everyday wear. I can walk around with them on my feet for hours without my feet hurting. I haven't had to test them in rain yet, so I don't know how waterproof they are. They can get a little warm when real hot outside, but that’s nothing to be alarmed about.

Very good boots

Frankinstien Boots
I really like my new boots. The last pair of Rocket boots I ordered were a little big but these have more of a rounded toe so they are a perfect fit. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger. They are very tough but very comfortable. They were stiff when I first got them and felt like frankinstien boots but now they have broken in and are great. I highly recommend them.

Good mid range boot
First off, try these on in the store before you get them online. I wear a size 11 in the K-Swiss tennis shoe, and am normally a 10 in boots and dress shoes. However, in Joe Rockets I'm a perfect 9, so make sure you try these somewhere before you buy them here. MS has a great price on these and the other JR boots, so MS is usually the best place to buy them. The velcro flap stays together probably 90% of the time, which is fine with me, and the buckle provides a little extra tightness and finish. The only problem is that it can get very hot inside the shoe with thick socks and direct sunlight. On the road it keeps my feet warm at all speeds, but sitting around on a patio in direct sunlight will probably bake your toes. Overall it is a great boot!

Solid Boot!
These boots are great at keeping the water out! I've been on long rides in absolute downpours and it kept my feet perfectly dry. They are also comfortable to ride and walk in. I'm sure they're not the best boots out there but they get the job done and are reasonably priced. I usually wear a size 12 but sometimes there are those odd shoes that don't fit when you get your usual size. It makes it hard to buy shoes when you can't try them on first. Luckily, the size 12 Joe Rocket Meteor boots fit me perfectly. Order your regular size and you probably will not be disappointed.

Great Boots
These are great boots. I’ve had them for about two months now and they fit great, are finally broken in and still look great. (no big creases in awkward places) I would recommend them to anybody and motorcycle superstore has a great price on them.

I've had these boots for 9 months now. The first several months were great, since I have noticed the velcro flaps frequently come loose, esp on the left boot when shifting. Otherwise a decent boot, have worn in the cold, no problems with cold toes. Probably will get a lace or zippered boot next time. As sizing I wear a 10 ordered a 10 perfect fit.

Great Winter Boots
I purchased these boots in the spring time as my first pair of riding boots. Through summer, I suffered. They got very hot and I had to have a second pair of shoes at my work to change into. But in the winter, I love these things and am glad I bought them. They are very comfortable now that I have broken them in and I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a winter riding boot. I’ve ridden home in 30 degree weather going 80-90mph on the freeway and my feet got slightly cold, but not enough to become an issue.

From the 2 times I tried to wear them with my CBR I have had no luck. They feel like they are well built but I cannot attest to that. They were sold at a good price and actually look pretty good but the lack of any ankle movement is a pain. They fit true to size. I wear a thirteen in my combat boots and these are spot on. They had a few frayed ends but still seem put together well even though the plastic parts seemed a little cheap, and they also seem to provide excellent protection. They seem more oriented toward an upright rider that need no movement of the ankle. I’m thinking more standard or cruiser types. I would definitely suggest trying them on first if you can at a local store then save a few bucks here on the superstore.

I should’ve gone to a store to try these boots on first. They do not fit well at all. Too tight on my toes and not enough Velcro for my ankle. Boots do look the part but they are too thick to go under the shifter and they leave you with no feel for the shifts you make. Don’t know about durability but I will keep them just in case type boots.

They're still a little stiff
Well these boots haven't had a chance to be used as intended yet (for when it rains). But they fit well, and are easy enough to put on. The Velcro closure for the upper, is easily torqued, and with the stiffness of the boot, any sort of forward leaning will give you the ripping velcro sound.

Very satisfied first time book purchaser
I am new to cycling, and I am very please with the Joe Rocket Meteor Boots. The sides are Velcro which makes them quick and easy to put on and take off. They are comfortable to walk in, and provide good protection. They are substantial but not too big; my jeans go over easy, and I have no problems getting my foot under the shift lever.

Was A Great Boot Till...
I loved this boot for about 6 weeks. After four weeks got a second pair as spares. In the sixth week the boots spilt on the outside at the ankle on both boots. Motorcycle Superstore returns policy is great and returned the pair to get exchanged. Started using the back up pair and in the fourth week, this second pair of boots started splitting in the same spot as the first pair of boots. I am going to exchange these boots for a different brand being this seems to be an inherent problem in the design.

Good Boots
These Meteor boots fit really well. They were a little on the stiff side for about 2 days. They break in well. It takes a little getting used to if you do not normally wear boots when riding. The spacing between the boot and the gear shifter is a little on the tight side. The boots are not vented so your feet will sweat especially on a hot summer day. Other than that they aren't bad for the price.

I found the boots to be well constructed, lightweight, rugged, comfortable, and easy on/off. They are decent to walk in, with enough comfort to stroll around on a ride stop for a while. The instep strap is a nice feature! Wish it were of the ratchet type, however it words as advertised.

Joe Rocket Does it Again
These are great boots in that they offer the protection needed while riding, however don't look like some funky super sport boot that draws attention to your feet when walking around. Size seems to run fairly true. These boots are however very, very stiff until broken it...which takes a little while to do. Once broken in, they are very comfortable to wear and walk in for a motorcycle boot.

I like these boots a lot! The Velcro fastener at the top and buckle below are quick and effortless. The price is great for a product that appears well engineered and constructed. I would definitely consider them again. As far as durability goes, the verdict isn't in yet, but I have no doubts that they will wear well.

Finally found the perfect boot. After five pairs of boots ranging from Moto GP style for protection and street type boots for comfort this boot offers the protection to keep my feet attached to my body with enough comfort to walk around after I get where I am going. Able to bend my ankle enough to shift well and feel the shifter with the toe and feel enough protection to get in a road race on the highway - not that anyone does such a thing on a motorcycle.

Boots fit very well and provide excellent protection. They are very stiff though and need some walking around in to get broken in. I am having some trouble shifting gears with the new boots, they are going to take some getting use to.

Pros: Nice design. Easy to put on, no laces, protective, very comfortable fit, I’ve walked driven and slept in them, Waterproof (tested) and warm (32F), good price. Cons: stiff, but it breaks in easily, durability not yet evaluated as I have only had them for three months.

Great boot for Cruisers w/forward controls
This boot comes from the factory stiff. Wear them around for a week or two and they'll break in just fine. I have to agree with another reviewer about the soles. Very stiff and not very comfortable for long periods. I am sure some inserts would alleviate this. I also agree with a different reviewer. These boots seem like they would be very protective if needed. Good armor and durable construction. A great boot for the price and comfortable on my Cruiser with forward controls. Once again, with any quality boot, you need to break them in to get the best fit out of them.

Great Looking Boot
I love the looks of this boot and the price is hard to beat. I think this is a safe boot with the padding in the ankle area and its waterproof. The soles seem to be wearing fast and the foot bed is really hard. You don't want to do much walking in these boots.

Good pair but not great. Definately shouldn't walk around with them on for extended periods. They are a bit thick so you may need to adjust your shifter peg after you buy these. Supposedly waterproof but I haven't been in the rain wearing these yet.

The boots are stiff, and I have reduced sensitivity for working the shifter so much so that I often don't successfully upshift on the first try. Also the little suede-like rocket design melted a little when I didn't realize it was against the exhaust. Other than that they're working fine!
