don't get burned
After melting my work pants to my pipes I invested in these. Works great. Just remember to order 2 if pipes on both sides.

Burngaiter That I Was Looking For
I had been looking for something like this for a long time and found it at Motorcycle Superstore. I have an antique Honda XL600R with hot pipes on the side next to my leg. I have burned my pant leg on several pairs of pants on these pipes and need a guard to protect my pants and these have done the trick so far. Easy on and off and store. Time will tell how well they hold up.

Burngaiter are Great
I bought these Burngaiters to prevent my uniform pant legs from burning or melting on my chrome exhaust pipes. They are great; I also found they keep my pant legs from riding up my leg at high speed. In my opinion they are terrific.

Good deal here
I didn't give this gaiter a 10, but its close. Certainly does its job in protecting expensive pant legs and really that's what matters. We tend to report what's wrong, not what's right and I'll do so but there's plenty right about this product too. 1 - I'd appreciate the Velcro straps being longer. Difficult to connect the lowest strap. 2 - Wouldn't hurt to have a storage pouch on the outside of the gaiter.
