Great jacket, it’s for the rain but I wear it as a regular jacket. It's very warm and comfortable. Wish it had side pockets, but oh well. Get a size smaller than you usually wear. If you wear a XXL sweatshirt, get a XL jacket.

Alpinestars - RJ-5 Rain Jacket
Jacket is extremely durable and works great. This jacket saved me a few times from the cold nights. Great to keep under your seat. I would recommend this jacket to anyone who rides a lot and needs a windbreaker/rain jacket.

Alpinestars RJ-5 Rain Jacket
GREAT rain jacket and worth every penny spent! Fit was perfect over my Joe Rocket mesh jacket! This time of year in Colorado, the mornings are just a little too cold for my mesh jacket, but too warm in the afternoons to wear my heavy gear, this is the perfect solution. Put this over my mesh jacket and enjoy the toasty ride into work. It packs small enough to get into the smallest of tank bags for the ride home in the afternoon. And a GOD send in the rain!! Great Jacket, Great Price, nothing more to say!!!

Excellent jacket
I highly recommend this jacket, especially for the price. It is stylish, keeps you dry and the sizing is perfect. My XL riding jacket fits perfectly under this XL rain jacket. Why waste money on another jacket? And why take a chance elsewhere? Motorcycle Superstore is 3 for 3 getting my orders to me promptly and accurately.

Alpine star rain jacket
I love the rain jacket. I have tested it and stayed completely dry. It also works great in 24 degree weather as a windbreaker under winter jackets. The rain jacket is very close on size. It is advertised as a little larger so you can wear other clothes under it. That is not quite true in my case. I would order a size larger next time. I am 6'01" and 210 lbs. The rain jacket is too small to wear over several layers. However, with temps now around 24 to 40 I wont wear it in the rain, instead I use it as a windbreaker under several layers and it worked great. Using the rain jacket under a hoodie with riding jacket over that worked great at 4am with 24 degrees commuting to work. In the rain I don't have that many layers on underneath so it will work great in spring rains.

Nice jacket
Nice fit and finish, I'm 5'7" 165 lbs. got a medium. Over leather jacket with protection is good fit. Extra warmth when cold is great, and then pack it away easily when it warms up.

Alpine Star Rain Jacket
Multi-Purpose jacket, not only for rain. Slip it on for the cooler morning dry rides that your leather is too hot for. I love this jacket, easy on and off, looks good, but the logo is huge. They should pay me to wear a logo this big.

Alpine Stars rain jacket
Jacket seems like a nice well made product. I've only used it a couple of times and not in a serious downpour. I really have not owned it long enough to judge the durability, but I think it will do the job I need it to. Pretty stylish as well. Price wise you can buy much cheaper jackets or even entire suits for that matter, but I'm not sure of what you will get. Jacket fits well once I got it over my shoulders. It's sized to fit over a riding jacket, but I had a little issue getting it over my shoulders with the jacket on. I would recommend this jacket and pants.

Exactly what I was looking for. A light weight jacket to go over my Joe Rocket Kawasaki Super stock Jacket. I ordered XL and my Joe Rocket is XL, perfect. I have been in the rain twice already and the water rolls right off. Excellent value.

This is a great looking and waist adjustable jacket. It goes great with my other Alpinestars gear, and the medium fits well for me. I would highly recommend.

Well worth the money
I got this jacket and pants because of the reviews. This is a really great product. I rode in a complete deluge and I was bone dry. I use the pull over jacket on chilly mornings. I use a compression bag and the setup pops right back in place. Only thing to watch is that the collar tends to be a little scratchy.

RJ-5 Rain Jacket
Once again I have to say I'm impressed with Motorcycle Supertore but about the jacket, Alpinestars makes some of the best street gear out there. This rain jacket is one of the best rain jackets you can buy. I own the US Army Flak Vest (riding jacket) XL and bought this jacket as an XL and it fit right over it. A little snug but it serves its purpose well.

Quality jacket, lightweight & works well. Breathable yet will keep you dry in a torrential downpour. As it's a rain jacket, the sizes tend to run long, and will easily fit over top of a leather jacket. If you don't plan to do this, you might order down a size for a tighter fit. Cool graphics (also has the Alpinestars logo larger in white on the back). Front pocket has velcro enclosures and double rain flaps, but is still easily accessible, even with gloves. I also have the matching RP-5 Rain Pan
