Telluride pants fit

Not a freq product reviewer, but since most of us will not be able to try these before buying... Male rider, 5'7", 145#, waist 29", inseam 30". Will ride in the NE down to low 40s. Ordered small/regular and med/short in this style, and kept the small/reg. Length was similar in both and adequate to meet my boots. With both quilted liner and windpant removed, both fit over a pair of running tights and med wt hiking pants, with the small being tighter to my leg (good, expect less wind whip) but snug in the groin, med/short comfortable in groin but will ride down in back (would be OK if belt loops available). With both liners in and over just briefs or running tights, med/short too loose in hips and groin, small/reg comfortable all around. Since I'd likely be riding mostly in summer with no liners or just windpant liner and over light pants, elected to go with the small/reg. No info on durability yet. Pockets adequate and convenient. Knee armor in both sits where it should on my frame, and stretch panels work well. HTH. DP

The Size must be marked wrong

I just returned from being out of the country for 3 weeks on business to find my new AGV SPORT TELLURIDE H2O VENTED PANTS waiting for me. They looked amazing for the price. I ordered a 3X as I have another AGV Pant in the same size and the size chart said they would be right. I cant even get them on with both liners out. I would have to loose 30 lbs to get them on. While I would like to loose 30 lbs, it is not realistic. I am sure the size tag must be wrong. Other than that, they look great!

Great for money

Exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable, even without any of the liners in. Rode in heavy rain and stayed completely dry. fit was a bit long, but works for my long legs. I'm 5'7 145lb 32.5" inseam and ordered a small, fit perfect. Little snug with both liners in but thats expected. Overall, very happy.

Will buy again.

I bought a size 30-32 short. Inseam at 30", mine is 29". I wear 30-32" waist jeans to I bought 30-32, but it was a little loose. So not too sure on that front. Doesn't fit like a glove, but it fits for the most part. Material seems to be of high quality. Armor and padding at the proper locations and offer a great level of confidence when I ride. I have not try the liners, of which there are two, a waterproof and a warming one. If I use those, I would have to wear nothing but a pair of briefs, the pants will be very snug with those liners on. I rode in a downpour with no waterproof liner and vents closed and legs stayed dry. Granted it was a short 15 minutes hop. So on its own, the pants offer some water resistant. I haven't owned the pants long enough to comment on durability. And as always, I always wish things were cheaper, worth the price.

So far...fair

A bit short on me as I'm tall & thin but the mediums would be too big. The material seems plenty durable. Temperatures here in UT have only been into the low 90's so far & even with the vents open they seem to be a bit warm when stopped. Can't imagine how hot they may be when we get into higher temps this summer. They are great for cruising the canyons in the high-country and that's where I prefer to ride. Definitely recommend them for cooler climates and weather.

Not too tight... Actually not tight enough!

I'm 5'8", 130lbs. I usually wear 28-29 with the 2 liners in, YES they are tight when you wear them as overpants. But, seriously the "warm" liner is way too hot to wear (even at 32F) so it's basically useless. The WP liner is enough, if you wear jeans under. But now with the warm liner off these "overpants", the knee pads are loose and won't protect me if I ever need it. The velcros at the waist are not tight enough. Not for skinny people, unless used with 2 liners in (and so not as overpants)

Good for the money

Features and price are good. Quality is ok. One of the fabric connector tabs tore after two uses. Based on price would recommend but stitching and quality are only average.

AGV riding suit both pants and jacket

The prices were right. If you like pockets, you need to check out the jacket- there are several plus both the pants and the jacket have "pit zips" for allowing freeflowing wind to enter and exit the outfit. Have just taken a 5,000 mile cruise out to the western states to photograph the fall colors, with temps in the 30s to 70s and the outfit was perfect. I have paid twice as much for riding suits that weren't this nice!

AGV Telluride Pants

I have done a number of rides with these pants and like them very much. The air flow through these pants, without the liners in, is excellent. Sizing is small, so go a size larger than what you normally wear. Very tight in the legs. I would buy these again, no question.

Cheap Stitching/Very Warm/Tight Fit

Male 165lb 5'9" Size: L Short Fit: Very tight. Only thermals under Comfort: With quilted liner-10 degree F and legs are absolutely fine. Without liners, 60 degrees F and felt comfortable without opening vents. Construction: I wore for 1 winter season (40-50 rides of about 1500 miles total). Stitching on both thighs are tearing through. A hole is forming right at the crotch intersection and one of the velcro hip-straps busted off completely.

Mr Clint

Great match up for the jacket. I just rode in 50F with light long johns and without the liner in the pant and was plenty toasty.

Too tight

Way too tight in the thighs. I am 5'8", 170 pounds, 33-34 waist. I bought XL Short and there is no way that I will get them on with jeans underneath. Ok for maybe only thermals, but nothing else.

WHOA!

Based on reviews I ordered XL SHORT. I am 5'8",170,33" waist, 30" inseam. With both liners installed I could only put on with underwear on. No chance of putting on over jeans. With both liners out, it would still have been a tight fit, but maybe could wear with thermals underneath, but then you can't take off the pants once you get indoors. This is definitely a European fit. If you like skinny jeans then these are for you. I will likely return these.
